I wont shop there again with my money . Cause the people their are unfriendly. One week ago. I was there to buy a new prepaid phone for myself , cause my last one I accidentally dropped , walking toward work from my car and the whole screen cracked, it still usable but Im scared getting cut on my fingers. I ask the guy four minutes into the store opening day. "Can I please , buy a new prepaid phone, cause i accidentally dropped my samsung galaxy core prime. Their was a short plause bewteen us than he told me, $200 to buy a new one. What the hell! The phone cost me $75 dollars plus taxes with a full month of service, from another t-mobiles store down in Strongsville. I called that a scam. With all do respect you just lost a customer, Im went back to Verizon , cause they treat me whole better. Even their plan is expensive but they are kind to me and theyre more respectful. Good day to you T-mobile . I will never go back to you.

ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE... My husband and I both walked out with NEW Samsung Galaxy S8+ phones, all our stuff transfered to our new phones... and I got to tell the competition next store "THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!" finally after being with them almost 9 years. It was nice to be treated like my bisiness mattered... and I was appreciated as a customer. I was BEYOND floored by the service I received... Just by walking next door.

Amazing Customer Service. Got my new phone and all my stuff transfered to my new phone. Awesome people. Really fun. And they showed eactly what the device was capable of. Never felt more comfortable at a cell phone store
