If you have any office needs to be completed, anything at all from business cards to emails, absolutely anything, they will bend over backwards for you. Every single person in this store is extremely courteous, polite and professional. They are sincere in assisting me in my beginning stages of my business, and will surely be there to see my success, as they will have been part of it. I just cant say enough good things. Dont shop around for a mail store, make it simple and go there for all your needs, and you dont even have to pay sky high prices!!!

I could have my mail delivered to my home address; however, I choose not to do this. It is a pleasure to go to this UPS Store where Joe, Tyler, Julia & Ryan greet me & every customer with a friendly smile on their face & they always greet me by my name & in a cheerful manner. If I need help with anything else other than mail pick-up the person working that day handles my needs in a professional manner & they know what they are doing & can answer any question I may have. Doesnt even deserve 2 stars that was by accident. Horrible service. Owners of ups stores should be on property and not allow children to operate a business. The request was not honored and no alternative was given. This is one way to lose business. Great job

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Theyve even been known to open the door for me if they see me coming from the parking lot with a heavy box. Convenient location and hours.

They charged me $5 more than what actual shipping would have been if I went to the Post Office or shipped the item using UPS online. Learned my lesson. Total ripoff!
