We left even though we desperately need a washer! We went in at 8pm or so to get a washer because ours broke down and witnessed a staff member white guy, heavy set, high pitched annoying voice (I say that because he wouldnt stop talking, you could hear him throughout the store!) he was with a nice couple who had been quoted previously by a staff member who wasnt there tonight, telling them "oh you know what? I think I know what she did and she can get in trouble for quoting you that price.. Bla bla" basically trash talking a fellow employee to a CUSTOMER!! I cringed just hearing the bs he was saying to this lovely couple! Needless to say the couple stormed out after asking for district managers phone number! My husband and I just looked at each other in disgust as this same employee trash talkes the couple and his co worker after the couple leaves!! Him and his bud go on and on about how they are "trying to get outa here right at 9pm" this JERK comes over to my family and says "you need something?" We said "?no" he walks away... Weird.. He walks back around (5 minutes later) at 8:40pm and says "15 minutes guys!" 5 MINUTES LATER he comes back and shouts "4 minutes guys!" We were choosing which of the 2 $400+ machines we were going to buy and my husband and I -fed up with this disrespectful idiot-just had to leave!! What DISGUSTING SERVICE I HATE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I work as a guest service agent and no, its not hard to treat people with respect!! This guy is a dirt bag!! Never going back!!!

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a refrigerator thinking I got a good deal. It was delivered within 3days. The very next evening the fridge stopped cooling and all my stuff were defrosted. Called up customer service and was transferred around and got no where. Finally had to call again and set up a appointment. Technician dont work weekends so I had to wait til Monday. Diagnosed the compressor is bad!! Parts were rushed ordered to get here over night. Waited 3 days nothing, I get an email that they rescheduled me for Monday. I get another email next day stating now I have a case number and have to wait on a manager and still no parts have been shipped. I cant return the damn thing because according to Sears outlet warranty, it has to be deemed unrepairable first. I cant be compensated for all my food and over 400lbs of ice for the pass 13days because that is dealt with the food loss department and i have to list everything and how much it cost and show pictures for them to decide what I should get. I have to wait til Monday to get a call from a manager but apparently they dont work Fridays either. They cant push my appointment to Sooner. BULLSHIT!! Technician told me what theyre trying to do is push me out of my 30days return. And I could fight it and bring it to corporate. But with 2toddlers Im literally drained to fight this. I just want a working refrigerator.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not ever step food in this establishment! There is a reason for the terrible rating and in my opinion this rating is exceptional for the quality of the store and its employees. We purchased a refrigerator and accessory for our washing machine and dryer here. After getting the accessory home we were told that this "universal" unit actually did not fit with our washing machine and dryer. We were then told when trying to return it that it was out of their control and they could not help us. We have also been back and fourth between LG and this outlet on whos responsibility it is to fix our refrigerator that was delivered broken (the door had to be removed to bring it into the house and was removed incorrectly so the water and ice machine no longer work). When trying to resolve these issues the store manager who was on duty was beyond rude and had an attitude I have never experienced when dealing with a customer service issue. The result was a screaming match between customer and employee which is beyond outrageous. We have been trying to resolve this issue for 3 months now and havent gotten anywhere. I will never return to this store and highly advice everyone else to steer clear. The way they treat their customers is completely unacceptable.

If you dont have time to wait for the next big Holiday Sales promo on appliances, then this is a good alternative. They also have clothing, mattresses, some Craftsman tools & seasonal goods like lawn mowers & patio furniture. The majority of the appliances have very obvious scratches & dents. Most are only discounted 35-45%. Occasionally youll fine a managers special thats been marked down 50-55% (as I just did on a KitchenAid French Door frig.) In my humble opinion, most the scratch & dent stuff is so serious, they should mark them down at 50-60% or better right off the bat! Also know, they have a goofy business model for the markdowns... one week it will be all refrigerators at 45% off. The next week it might be dishwashers and so on. This concept of Russian Roulette of whats on the biggest discount this week doesnt help any if you are trying to buy a complete kitchen package in one shopping trip. Dont even bother asking to speak to a manager for a package price ... quite literally, theres no one home! And 3 out of the 4 times Ive been there, there was only 2 sales people on. Typically one will be working with a customer, while the other is off hiding in a corner texting on their phone.

This place is a SCAM!!!!!!!! Bought a stackable washer and dryer scratch and dent. It appeared to be new aside from a few scratches. Got it home and it made loud noises and shook. So i Called them to report a problem. They told me my only option was to purchase a warranty for $250. Then they would send someone out to take a look. So i replied what about the manufacturer warranty and they said since i bought the item at an outlet there is no warranty through the manufacturer. This place is a scam and should be shut down. The amount of time and energy wasted i should have bought new in store instead of trying to save a couple hundred bucks. You get what you pay for i guess. I am filing with the BBB and i have contacted my attorney to see what options i might have to go after them. Avoid this place at all costs..... They are not a credible outlet, they will rip you off and later agree with you that its policies are shady. STAY AWAY!!!

Great prices, great customer service when in the store, however the delivery service is not the best and also the maintenance service is not the best, I had a challenge and I was given the run around so I had to go back to the store and asked for the manager to address my several concerns, he was a very understanding, helpful, efficient and he offered all the needed assistance beyond the call of duty. if it was not for the great staff at the store and also for that amazing manager who stepped in and rectified the issue, I would have never gone back to that store. thank you once again for all your efforts and hard work and indeed you are an asset.

Horrible customer service is inexcusable, but when youve found the product that you want at an acceptable price, one tends to ignore the jerk processing the purchase. Beware! This thinking is flawed. God forbid you need to return something. That same employee that simply didnt care while you were purchasing the product will be the one that processes your credit (or doesnt, in my case). I never even received the refrigerator which I purchased. I cancelled the delivery and am still waiting for Sears to issue my refund. Ive been living out of a cooler on my kitchen floor for weeks. I filed a charge dispute with my bank this am.
