HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BURLINGTON. Bottom line: Manager was VERY RUDE, and one of the cashiers didnt have her name tag on and treated us with DISCRIMINATION. Story: The female manager was so RUDE. I asked what kind of discount she could give me on a $150.00 jacket with multiple stains, has been in the store for a little less than a year, and it was the LAST ONE. She looked at the jacket in my hand, gave me that "Judgement LOOK" rolled her eyes, and said I can only give you 10% off of it. That is not the end of it, my aunt had to return a Swimsuit which she NEVER wore, and then the lady takes a look at it and says "THIS IS DISGUSTING, let me asked the manager what we could do". SO the manager came and scoffed when she saw the sight of me and said "we cant do anything if it is in this condition". (Which I understand, It had a stain on the inside) then the next customer came up and said I need to return these shoes (They were very worn and had no tag) and the cashier said she was pleased to do that for her. My aunt and I are Latinos, I speak English very well, and I believe we were treated with Discrimination.

If I could give 0 stars I would ,that is not the same store from few years ago,this is horrible that dressing rooms are NOT separated I hade a teenage son going to try some clothes in area where its all mans clothes and there were few guys in there and out of one stall woman stormed out of there screaming rude words and curses while walking out ,mind you doors are short so you can literally see persons head while theyre standing in there .Her husband walked back looking to fight and we asked him why is your wife there in between all the man , he yelled at us stating that there is no sign it only says dressing room ,which he is right about .They should be AWARE of this issue before they cause an issue thats worse than what we experienced.Clothes is not the same ,poor quality not even good options,will never ever go back there again not worth it ,disappointed

Awsome deals, but I had horrible customer service, which is hard because all they do is ring you and cash you out... I got accused of putting random items on the shelf, which I picked up and bought...and then on my way out I got accused of stealing because they forgot to take a tag off the girl behind had in her bag... horrible ...the cashier was named Julie.. needs a different job!

Good location. Store organization is better than before. I would like to see more top name brands, but this location has great deals for the products offered, very competitive. My only complaint is the lack of sales associates available to assist customers on the floor.

I LIKE Burlington. I have found customer service to be very helpful and friendly no matter when I visit there. Please know when one comes to shop, know what your looking for and seek it out YOURSELF. You have eyes just like the service folks do. LOOK for it.

Large gaps of empty space in the store. Cashiers could be a lot faster. No matter what there always seems to be a line. Hit or miss with the selection of items. They have a decent home goods selection. My husband found a nice suit for just over $100.

Its ok. Alot of good things for men. Prices are good. Bathroom is disgusting. And they have a ton of employess but they cant clean up the store. They leave things lying around and ive seen people trip over things.

Very nice organized location. Just now finishing the remodel. Easy to get around and find what is needed. Huge selection of clothing and accessories. Nice to see brands like Puma, Nike, Reebok and Adidas.
