Its a small Kroger so they do not have a lot of stock or choices. And, because it is Kroger the prices are higher than your larger grocery store. Usually have 2 lines open so you wait a while unless you are brave enough to go to the self checkout but cant really do that for your larger shopping trip. Also, lately they havent had baggers the last month or so when I went. Im not sure if I just picked the wrong days or something, but it does make the checkout process longer when everybody has to bag their own stuff. However, the pharmacy staff at this location is amazing. They are excellent. The store is usually tidy, shelves stocked and all the workers are generally kind.

The selection at this Kroger is terrible and on top of that after visiting this Kroger on several different occasions the services as been horrid as well. On my last visit i stood at the customer service center for 15 mins. as i watched many employees just walk by and glance over. I know not all of them probably know how to work the customer service area but i figured one of them might as well stopped and asked if i needed help. The managers are no more help then the regular floor employees. I strongly recommend making the extra 10 min. drive to the Kroger located in New Balitmore.

Dont get hurt here...they wont help you out at all... even if it is there fault....thats just poor customer service.. 90 yr old lady gets ran into by a motorized shopping cart and falls to the ground. The lady needs to go to the hospital and they wont even pay her medical bills. Shes not asking for millions of dollars in a lawsuit ...... just cover her medical bills and this Kroger refuses to help her..... what a sad store this is

Over all this is a pretty good store, I started going there when it opened as a Farmer Jack. My only complaint would be that they really need to clean up the bottle return area so you dont choke over the odor coming in the front door - It smells like vomit

Overall this Kroger is personable and organized. It is not huge but offers a variety of products. Dont need ten choices to compare and become overwhelmed like some of the others. The service desk assistance does need improvement but just ASK.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. It was ready and waiting for me. Staff was prompt regarding checking my items out.

Hate that Kroger doesnt train their baggers correctly. Every store so I do it myself! Cold food doesnt go with can food!
