US19 Store, An older staff member become angry calling me pushy, when I politely asked the price of an item which had no tag. (the store is largely un-tagged so there is no way to get a price with out asking) I returned another day and asked the manager about the price of the item, she was shaking then glared me down and blurted at me that the item was "NO LONGER FOR SALE" and that she was busy. She was so visibly stressed out I was concerned for her. I backed away, smiled and told her and calmly said that "it was OK, I can see you are busy" and left. I donate all to this store consistently. Ive bought from this store consistently. Im a great customer. Valued customers do not deserve to be treated like this by management.

The staff is always friendly and I have always been welcomed with a smile. There is such a wide variety of items, clothes and furniture. I bought a cute patio set and it just needed a tiny bit of paint to make it look brand new. I normally dont shop at thrift stores because they sometimes feel dirty, it doesnt feel that way here at all !!

Big selection. Just seems like everything is really dirty and clothes are just stuffed everywhere with no rhyme or reason I could see. Cheap prices. Theres a second building out back not attached with more stuff (furniture?). Check it out.

I look at these complaints and it concerns me... As a manager or employee its your job to look up a price no matter what ! If not leave your job cause your there representing that business and companies name

Smells bad and the managers attitude it awful. I am floored that someone so nasty to people runs this location. Most horrible customer service ever.. RUDE, NASTY, POWER TRIPPING WOMAN I HAVE MET IN AGES!!!!?

What a fun and quirky store. The staff is friendly and I always find good quality items. I was surprised to find that they have an entire other building just for furniture. Great deals.

Good place to thrift. Lots of kitchen, clothes, and furniture, and a pretty small electronics section that mirrors a museum.

Great resale shop. Has an expanded furniture shop in a building behind the main shop. Donating is easy too

Its a homeless shelter. I take a lot of clothes there. They need just about anything you dont use anymore.
