This target, is the target to avoid! Every time I go into this target I leave frustrated. First off their produce section is an utter disappointment. They never have healthy produce its always bruised, damaged, and unripe. They also never have sliced fruit for sale. You can see the holes where they should go but this is the 3rd time Ive gone here and is completely empty. So either they dont understand supply and demand, or they are just lazy and incompetent and this clearly shows lack of management and leadership. Not too mention they terrible attitudes by the employees. Finally as youre on your way to check out you realize that they dont have any registers open except one or two on the other end of the store with overly long lines. So now you have to hike back and forth and wait nine minuets in line, just to hike all the way back to the other side of the store. All and all their are so many problems with this store I would recommend shopping any other store. you know its bad when Walmarts customer service is better than targets. If that doesnt put it into perspective I dont know what will.

Granted it was Christmas eve, we were on the hunt for some last miniute items. It was already difficult to find an employee. But once we found one, my niece waited to ask a question, as she was on her walkie. We could see that she was busy, so we continued to wait patiently. Instead of saying "give me one second", or "Ill be with you in just a moment". She kept turning around as if she was trying to avoid us like we would magically disappear or something. Its not like she didnt see us, we were standing right in front of her but her body language said alot more. Ive worked in retail and in customer service. Understanding the stress and moody customers (espically during the holiday season) can bring your whole day down, but turning your back on a paying customer is a big nono. Ive generally been pleased with other targets overall, but will not be returning to the target on gulf to bay. Having to explain to my niece why we left without purchasing what we needed was easier than trying to find what we needed.

I have shopped at this target for years and I have watched the customer service go down the drain. The vision department has some of the meanest people in the whole store, to where my wife and I get our glasses from another super target. If you try to return something, they second guess why you are returning it. There is one cash register that throws all of your food into one bag (no matter if it is cold, dry, cat food etc.) The guy who gets the carts start to yell military drills in greek. He definitely scares people away. Do not get me wrong, some people are really nice here. Though they are beat by the terrible ones. For the food, stick to everything but the fruits and vegetables. Usually, they have rotten lettuce and tomatoes. Go to publix for these items. The book Raving Fans would suggest that Target focus on other areas that they are good at and delete their vegetablle and fruit section.

XENOPHOBIC STAFF THAT CALLS HISPANIC CUSTOMER MADASS I went the other day to Target- I have been shopping there for some time and seen service going down. There are NO sales reps around to help. When I entered THREE KIDS, Michael,Jason and another where standing in the DVD electronics section. When a customer in the back asked for assistance finding an item - quite at the end of the store they IGNORED him and continued to joke around. When the customer continued to ask for help the yelled at him Go back to you own country MADASS. YES, A CUSTOMER WHO ASK FOR HELP FINDING AN ITEM IS IGNORED AND CALLED MADASS Quite frankly I cant believe it myself that the management at tolerates such conduct. The customer was Hispanic.

Do not shop at this target I bought Keurig pods which included the milk and it was expired by 3 months when I came to return it they told me to get another one off the shelf which were also all expired and then finally I had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to go to the back to get one that was not expired because the manager on duty started to go get it but once she was advised that it was in the back room she said verbatim "oh I cant walk back there youre going to have to get somebody else to do it"..... HORRIBLE!!! If it was expired by a week or two I would understand but expired by three months that tells you how often they rotate and check their merchandise!!!!!!

We have primarily shopped at Target for our grocery needs for around 5 years. The one thing that drives us nuts about the place is they are always rearranging the isles. One day the peanut butter is in isle 3. The next week it is in isle 10. I get they do this to make you look for it in hopes of you finding something else along the way that you think you have to buy. But we are shoppers that have a list and stick to it. And when we go to the isle for peanut butter and it isnt there and we have to back track and hunt for it, it has the opposite affect on us. I am sure other places do the same thing so I am not even sure it is worth finding a different option.

I was followed and harrassed by employees the entire time my fiance and i were in the store. They would walk by us talking about us on there walkey talkeys saying "there headed twords you" and "i see them". Then my fiance went to the car with our stuff and i went to the bathroom and another employee followed me into the bathroom and stood outside of my stall whyle i used the restroom. Then she stood there whyle i washed my hands and followed me to the doors of the store when i was leaving. Ive been coming to this target with my family for years and i have never ever experianced this before i am verry dissapointed in the staffs customer harrassment.

Large store with plenty of parking spaces available. Inside, the store has been clean every time we visited and the cashiers seem okay, but not overly friendly. I do wish they would open more lanes, as the times I have been, I have had to wait. I will not purchase meat there anymore, as the chicken I purchased was totally spoiled. I did return it immediately and received a refund with no problem, which was good. It is conveniently located right off of US Hwy 19 in Clearwater, which is nice and it also just recently added a CVS inside. They seem to have many sale items and a great selection across the board. Will definitely shop here again.
