I got a veiled chameleon from here, more like I rescued it, our first experience they loaded us up with crap he didnt need, like water dishes, two substrates, and the wrong lights on top of a cage that was all wrong, then gave us huge worms to feed him and we did our research and were very unhappy but secondly we decided to give them a second try, our normal reptile place was out of the right size crickets and we went there, paid twice as much for much less and you know what happened? WE GOT A MITE INFESTATION IN OUT HOUSE BECAUSE THEY SCOOPED MITES IN WITH THE CRICKETS! Now our crickets are dead and our meal worms because they got into their containers and we had to clean our ENTIRE house because petsmart keeps all their bugs in one place not in sealed containers and lets mites hang out in there freely giving them to unsuspecting customers! I will never go to this place again after this fiasco! >:(

I went to this PetSmart twice on a Sunday afternoon to adopt a cat. There were pictures of stray cats covering the windows of the cages so I could not see whether they had any cats for adoption. I knocked on the door of the cat area and a woman opened the door and told me I could not come in because the cats were all out of the cages. She did not even give me any information and was very rude but I still came back the next Sunday and the same woman told us we should make an appointment to see the cats. Very inconvenient and not customer friendly. I went to a shelter instead.

Great store. It is always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish they had a larger selection of dog clothes but what they do have is always cute. We also shop for our fish here and have never had any problems. Additionally, we use the Banfield pet hospital at this location and have been extremely happy with the vet care. The only reason I dont give it a five is because I have used the groomer services here a few times and it was sub par. It was dirty and they didnt seem to know what they were doing. I now go elsewhere where for dog grooming.

Classless with no customer service skills. I was looking at a kitten and made an immediate connection as it looked like and had the same name as my childhood cat. Even the volunteer said she had never seen the cat get along with anyone like me. When I asked about the adoption process I was put on the phone with someone who said no to the adoption when I said I had a miniature schnauzer who was raised with cats. Ive never been treated in such a demeaning manner in my whole life. I left the store in tears, feeling embarrassed. I will not be returning.

Uh, why do they allow all of their vets and vet techs to stand outside the MAIN ENTRANCE, in scrubs, in a huge group ( at least six people ) smoking cigarettes and shooting the breeze? I was taking my dog there and actually turned around and walked back to my car seeing that. When I went back a few days later, there were three store associates sitting outside the main door smoking. No proper establishment Ive ever seen allows this from employees. They need to fix that ASAP.

This Petsmarts Grooming department is under new management, and I must say I am very pleased. I took my dog there this week and I must say the new salon manager Jessica was great. She was very nice and professional and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in her care. He was groomed in a reasonable amount of time and when I picked him up he looked wonderful.. probably the best haircut he has ever had. I would recommend this location and Jessica as a groomer.

We routinely walk our two dogs through this store for training and socialization purposes. The staff is always welcoming to us. We use the Banfield and grooming facilities on a regular basis. To make things better they assisted us this week in our foster pup efforts by recommending a crate and easily digestible food for a pound pup. I went to this store looking for a specific item that I had been to another petsmart looking for and had no help when i asked about it. I came to this store and the store manager could not have been more helpful to make sure he found the item. When it was missing a part he took it from another item and made sure it worked before we checked out. Couldnt have been happier!

Didnt have any help for over 20 minutes and when I finally got it I said I had a question about the cats and instead of saying anything he handed me a card and finally said "any questions you call them" and walked away. He never smiled and seemed aggravated that I came up to him in the first place. All around wasnt a good experience.

The grooming salon is very unclean. There is mildew in the bathing area. There is always hair on the floor that my dog had to walk in tho get to me. The salon manager Nancy was very rude as were the other stylists. I would never go back to this salon, I love my dog more than that.

Cindy did a fantastic job on my little dauschund Daisy Mae today. She trimmed her nails shorter than anybody else has in the past. I really appreciate her. I just moved to the area and was looking for a groomer. We will make it a monthly visit for now on. Thank you Cindy.

When you find someone to help you, well lets say they dont. Seems like they hire from a temp service because no one seems to know about pets. I stopped going here & found a locally owned pet store on Highland Ave that had better prices and staff with experience.

Huge praise to the wonderful staff at Banfield who were able to see our injured pet immediately when our regular location couldnt. They treated our dog and us with top care and we are so grateful! Then we found a great sale on dog beds to pamper the patient!!

This is a decent store, however they never keep the inventory in stock. the other petsmart on 19N has a lot more inventory. I dont know why but I dont bother going to this store anymore simply because the one on 19 has everything and this one never does.

This is my dogs store, get my Betas here too. Staff loves animals which is a must. Thye have a pretty good selection of products and know how to make your dogs like them with the treats in the check out counter.

I mostly come here to look at and buy fish and this petsmart selection is so much better than other petsmart or pet stores I have been to. The store is clean and the people are all friendly and helpful.

I love this petsmart!!! There grooming salon is amazing my dogs are always in and out quick. My new favorite groomers would have to be Brianna and Stephanie, they are so polite and caring
