DO NOT COME HERE FOR BIRD GROOMING! Ive had two experiences with bird grooming here, one great, one awful. I have two cockatiels and generally need to get them groomed two times a month for either nails, wings or both. My first experience was a few months ago. They were very nice and gentle with my birds. They carefully trimmed the nails and wings and checked in on the birds comfort throughout the process. They groomed on cash tips, and unfortunately, I didnt realize this, so I gave less than I would have wanted to. My second experience was today and it was a nightmare! A different person did my birds today than who did it a few months ago. I just needed their nails clipped, and the lady brought out the nail clipper and (what looked to be) a dog grooming nail file! Instead of using the clipper, she filed down the birds nails roughly while the birds squealed. I assumed the squealing was due to the new sensation of having their nails filed instead of clipped, but then I saw the blood. Both of my birds had at least 2 nails bleed during this awful grooming and one of them was profusely bleeding. This rarely happens at my regular grooming place. She did have the blood stop powder handy, but it shouldnt have happened in the first place. The whole time the lady was doing this, she was saying how delicate and thin the birds nails are while roughly filing them with an instrument used for a dogs thicker nails. To top it off, they no longer work off tips, and charge $5 a bird for grooming! Not a bad price, but I just had their nails done so it should have been half that for each bird. I am never bringing my birds back here for grooming and I would advise you to do the same!

We regularly buy our dog food here, since we use a grain-free/harder-to-find brand. They have all the high-quality brands of pet food, at reasonable prices. The staff is always super-helpful and friendly, but they dont hound you while youre shopping (perfect shopping experience, IMHO). Theyve told us before that theyll even take back an opened item if doesnt work or isnt right! :) The customer service is just great here. Theyve got all the pet supplies you might want or need, & they even have a walk-in vet service (though weve never used it). Theres occasionally free pet food samples on the way out (2/customer limit), & they frequently have goodie bags or giveaways. Prices are a tad high, but comparable with other pet stores (Petsmart/Petco), & the higher quality pet food costs more in general (worth it though!). Overall, weve been very pleased with this place every time!

Every single person working was rude, I work at a petco and I could never imagine being as rude to a customer as they were. The worst of them all was a man wearing a vest, older gentleman. Asked if we could get a couple fish and a younger man said the bags were leaking, I said that if he could double bag it I wouldnt mind seeing as I lived 5 minutes up the street, the older man proceeded to yell at me in a VERY rude tone that he would not sell me any fish no matter where I lived. I also had about $40 worth of chinchilla supplies in my hands ready to check out, I put everything back and told them Ill take my business else where. I will never go back to any pet supplies plus. As a corporate pet store worker, I would be ashamed if any of my co workers treated someone they way I was. Get it together.

I have been purchasing Food & other Supplies since their opening day. My Bichons and (mix) Bob Barker have been groom there on Senior Tuesdays, 10% off on all purchases, any day if you are a Military Veteran. I am Both!! Their Managers & Staff have always been very helpful in guiding me to the right products for my dogs, cats, squirrels, birds, etc-etc. I am always looking for sales on the products I buy & when there sale prices are 25-50% off, I buy a lot. Ive been going here ever since its opened. Really nice store, I love it. Its just this one experience today that made this a 5 star to 4 star. I was looking at a fish and she was clueless. This is understandable though. She says she will send someone in the fish department over. 5 minutes later, no one is there and I find the lady playing with a dog at the register. Other than that I have no complaints. I did leave the store pretty angry when this happened though.

I have never been to a pet place with better customer service than here. The staff all went super above and beyond. A few of them just stopped to chat with us. We also were shopping for a cat tree and they gave us a $10 discount on picking one that was missing a hanging feather. Im going to drive out of my way to come here again.

Great Pet Store. The staff is so nice and helpful. The store has large variety of items. Senior discount on Tuesday. 10% off. They always run coupon offers. They also take competitors coupons. Plenty of parking. They also offer grooming and Vet services.

I bring my cat to get her nails trimmed. They do a great job and the price is very reasonable. I also go there for my cat food and supplies... All the people that work there are both helpful and friendly. It is a great place to shop.

We took our dogs to get their nails trimmed and it was a terrible experience. They manhandled them and nearly choked one of them to death with how tight they made the collar. They clearly werent trained well enough.

Love this store. They sell almost everything cheaper than Petco and Petsmart. Its our go to for Crickets and Feeder Fish for our Turtle.
