Walking into this store is a breath of fresh air in a day where costumer service has gone out the window. The first day that I walked into PetPeople the people there were wonderful. They greeted me AND my dog and asked me if I needed any help. They are very knowledgeable. My dog is in love with the Fromm dog food that they sell. When we first got her she would not eat the dog food that the breeder gave us and I was concerned. The manager gave me some free samples to try!! I will forever be going back to this store!

I absolutely love this place and there staff, we walked in felt like we had been shopping there for years. They gave us a sample of a healthier dog food then what we were using, informed us of so many things and even recommended some good vet offices for our new puppy, as I long time dog and cat owner who had loyalty to my local PetSmart, I will never stop going back to pet people even if it is a little farther away.

The staff and products are wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. As a new pet owner I have questions and some small challenges. The staff at pet people gives me sound advice and helps me take great care of my furry family member. I dont shop anywhere else for my pet.
