LOVE THIS STORE! My go-to place! -- I have 2 wonderful dogs & occasionally foster rescues - by FAR the CLEANEST most well maintained place in the area. I am here nearly once per week, and have ALWAYS found the staff knowledgeable, willing to help, and most importantly -- genuinely caring! Came in tonight with some unique questions on over the counter skin treatments for dogs, and was impressed enough to write this review -- And the fish...always clean tanks & in good health -- they will order what you need if something is not available! A++++ here, thanks guys!

This store lacks good management...I went here to find flea products for my cat. The disinterested Cashier, stood behind the sales counter in a daze...No customers and apparently could care less if I bought anything. The Manager, when asked a question, could have cared less as well. She blurted out an unintelligable answer and walked off to the back of the store. I went up the road and spent $150.00...I wont go back to "Pet Supermarket" again!!!

They have all the dog food brands you find at the big box stores but also several Ive never seen before. My dog has a ton of allergies, so its hard for me to find a good food. They had a number of choices here that work for him. Prices are the same. The people were also friendly and helpful.

I went in there to ask about things to get for my new puppy, and there was a woman there who was extremely knowledgeable and nice. I can walk to this store, so its nice to be able to have such a pleasent store so close by. Thankyou guys!

Everytime im in this place there is a long line and only have one register open but have multiple employees working. I just dont get it i never write reviews but after the 5th time i had to. Dont come here if you are in a hurry.

Im really impressed by this place. It was very clean. The cages were all clean and everyone had food and water. The associates were so kind! We will be back!! I like it SO SO much better than the petsmart up the road.

The place is awesome. They are extremely friendly. They ways remember my dogs names and that means something. I drive right past Royal Pet every time to bring my business here. Highly recommend this place.

The reptile care is sad they dont use the proper substrate the employees know nothing about the reptiles or fish care requirements needs and compatibility.
