Ding-dong. The older I get, the more frightened I am about what is in store for me when I have to rely on someone else to care for me! Stopped in this place and asked to purchase 7 dozen crickets and the girl told me she couldnt sell me any because they only came in one dozen units and two dozen units. I looked her in the eye and without missing a beat asked her for 3 of the two dozen units and one of the one dozen units. She stood there for a minute and had the dumbest look on her face. Then she asked if she could put them all in one bag! After all of this, she put them in a bag marked "7 @ and then the little price sticker for one dozen units". I was then charged for 7 crickets, not 7 dozen. Im usually pretty honest on ring-up errors, but decided in this event to just take the money and run.

I absolutely love this store..the staff/managers are wonderful they are always asking if you need help and will stand there and talk to you about the different dog foods and what would be better. They dont try pushing the expensive stuff on you . Their prices are awesome and store is always clean. Ive never had any proems with anything. I will recommend Pet Supplies Plus to anyone. When they have coupons for a dog food you have they offer them and they are the only pet store I know that if your dog dont like the food or gets sick from it as long as you have your receipt t BBC ey will refund your money or you can get something else no questions. Ill never go any place else,as long as theres a store where I live.

Overall the store itself is decent, clean, and usually well stocked. The selection is usually pretty lacking though. Your options in the fish, reptile, and small animal areas are pretty limited. They frequently reorganize the store, but thats not always beneficial. It makes it difficult to find items when theyre always in a new spot. It seems like every time they do a reset they make the selection smaller as well. Theyre the best option in the immediate area, but I would definitely suggest doing your own research as far as purchasing animals. You can usually find a much better deal online for most items as well.

There was kittens at the store amd i was holding one. I noticed that it had a cut showing musle on the stomach and I told the employee about it they said they would call the humane society. I noticed that it was also sick and coughing. They put it back with the two other kittens they had and didnt put it in the backroom. Where they should of put so it wasnt messed with by other costumers not knowing that it is hurt. I feel that they have enough cages or beds to put the kitten in their backroom where it could not be bothered and couldnt be put in anymore distress then it was.

Honestly, the staff is very friendly, they have a wide selection,good prices,and nice heathy animals. Definitely my favorite pet store. Here in Lancaster Ohio our pet land has a disease and a puppy that someone bought died shortly after they bought it. I used to like pet land but they are very expensive and they rip you off for example robo hamsters are like 18.99 at pet land but they are 11.99 at pet supply. That is why I love pet supply.

Some very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff work there. The place is almost always clean and well stocked. There are also some major idiots. Overheard one girl tell a customer that putting a common black pleco in a 10g was okay (they get to be 24 inches: NOT OKAY!). They do seem perpetually understaffed there most of the time.

Love this store! We took our puppy shopping and the next time we went a few weeks later the girl that waited on us remembered his name. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have a very good selection of pet supplies and prices are good, especially compared to other pet stores we have visited. This is a regular stop for us now.

Ive been shopping here since they opened. No place has a wider selection of dog food, period. The dog wash is cool and the fact that you can bring your pets with you inside the store is wonderful. That alone brings smiles to everyone. Staff is always helpful and friendly and Im so grateful they carry sympathy cards for pets.

They do have an extensive selection of cat and dog foods. There "sales" are deceptive and dishonest at time. You have to "watch" them as they will and do take vantage by confusing you and perhaps themselves. I will say the store is clean and doesnt reek of urine like the pet store in Canal Winchester.

I go here for feeder fish all the time and the people here are very friendly and helpful. There is a guy in the fish/small animal department who has been there forever and hes AWESOME!! I wish the small animals were in open cages but they will get them out for you if you ask.

I love this grooming salon! They are always friendly and they know what they are doing! I have two westies and they groom them perfectly every time! VERY good salon! I would defiantly recommend them to anyone!

The clerks and stockers ate all very nice and friendly. A bit higher priced, but many times it pays to receive the kindness. Its fun and interesting in there. You make friends of all types and sizes.

I absolutely love Pets Supply in Lancaster. If you need anything for your pet, they have it at a good price. We just came in to give our 2 big dogs baths. Very pet friendly.
