I enjoy everything Sephora because they really do have great beauty consultants but on Sunday, February 19th I visited this Aventura location and was treated unfairly by the consultant name Vivian. I came in earlier waiting for my out of town friend who needed help choosing new Skincare products. While waiting I asked for two sample products. When my friend came in I asked Vivian for assistance. What I love about Sephora is that it has products from a scale of high end to low end and they offer samples. Becauae high end product are a lot pricer I encourage my friend to request samples before making a final decision. Vivian was helpful until I requested samples for my friend. She went off to make the sample for my friend than came back and tossed the sample in my hand, because of her manners I checked the sample container and realized she only put a drop of the sample into the containers. My friend & I were so insulted. I went back to Vivian & asked her why would she give us such a low sample, she than went on to say because I had already gotten samples and because of that they were not going to give me anymore.( Sephora has a 2/3 sample policy) I understood her position but the sample we were requesting was for my friend who had never been to Sephora & had not received any samples. This was the 1st time my friend had stepped into a Sephora and this was the treatment she received. I than told Vivian that I didnt like her tone because she made it seem as if we were sampler customer and not buying customer. I than asked to speak to her Manager Karin who btw went above & beyond for my friend and made the visit very pleasant for her. At the end of the visit My friend ended up with a bag of purchased skin care products and samples. I gave 3 stars only because Manager Karin saved the day because if it was not for her it would have been -1 star. This statement is for Vivian at Sephora Aventura... "Treat customers better".

Really bad customer services I have been in a lot of Sephora stores and Ive really enjoyed the customer service. However i ve been in this sephora twice and it is always the same, employees there just dont go to help you the same way and they are kind of rude. I went there today and i was standing in the counter were they put like the products that just launched and i was trying liquid lipsticks on my hand when one of the employees came with another customer to show her the liquid lipsticks and without even saying excuse me or do you mind or any kind of curtesy manner to step in that zone she just came in and kind of made me moved like if i wasnt there,idk probably i just made a big deal out of it but i found it extremely rude , i understand you are helping a client that you think is going to buy something but we are all clients, i buy a lot of products at sephora,im actually a vib rouge and i think we all deserve the same treatment whether you get gratis or not.

Not returning to this Sephora location ever again. On a scale of 1-10 on customer service, Id give them a -2. Spent 30 mins in this store without being acknowledged by a single employee. I could see them frantically running around to help the ladies who looked like they had money, while completely ignoring me. One employee actually made me move out of a mirror I was using in order for her customer to use it, didnt even say thank you. Nasty rude employees who judge you based on looks. I went in there to buy lipsticks and spend my hard earned money. Ill spend my money else where. INGLOT has much better customer service. They can have my money instead.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this Sephora! I went In to buy one of the Sephora curated favorites box. I asked two different women who worked there if they had any of the Sephora Favorites give me some nude lips boxs and they looked at me like I had three heads. They had no idea what I was talking about, were very rude, and condescending when they told me they only just had what was available for Sephora brand lipsticks. 1 star for lack of knowledge on the products that their own company sells and one star for their rude service.
