Ive been a regular client of this store for at least 5 years. Today I just remembered why Ive ended making my shopping throw internet and sometimes I even go directly to the manufacturers. The customer service is something that this employees didnt know about, I know in more of the cases they have some kind of licensing on makeup. But definitely this morrows believe that they are "the great deal" and have NOT professional manners at all. I usually go into the store with a shopping list so I just go and grab whatever I want without have to deal with those unpleasant wannabes... today I ask some young girl about an Anastasia pallet. She didnt even try to find it, she was saying in front of me that they dont have it at the same time I was reaching for it right behind her, then she screamed on me that I wasnt supposed to open the product to make an inspection of the actual condition of it... so on her words I had to take whatever it was without checking if is complete, new, and the colors i want. So ridiculous argument. I decide to continue doing my shopping I was also looking for a FOR EVER Fundacion i wasnt sure about the difference between HD and Another one, nobody give a piece of s... "they just looked at you like you are a thief or like How dare you putting your hands on my stuff" they make you feel uncomfortable, stake it, and out of the place. Not friendly environment at all. They really believed they are SUCCESSFUL YOUTUBERS, that you have to be thankful for their existence. Then I saw a set of brushes that I been thinking to buy. I was very curious to see them and touch them and trying. This is what I think a SHOWROOM is defined by. But this freak lady jump over me even touched my hands like Dont touch, What are you doing??? She screamed. And that just make @The end" of my trip to the joy of grabbing my make up which I renewed every year with a big shopping of everything I need and complete with small trips maybe two or three between months. I just dropped the little basket in the first corner I found full of nice things I chosen on an hour and a half of torture and run away. I will never again set a foot on a Sephora store. I will continue doing my shopping online. The fantastic experience that used to be going to the store and feel pampered and have suggestions and find new items for you collection is gone!!! They dont understand that we dont go to the store just to buy, we going to the stores to have good time. I suggest to everyone that read this review to go directly to manufacturers online stores they usually have a lot of offers for you! MONEY TALKS... who knows they may change the way the treat clients!

If you want to change your look, without high pressure sales people trying to push you into something that you arent sure of, this is the place to go. You can do your own make-up, take it off and start all over as much as you want, until you find just the look you are after. All of my favorite brands are there. Generally, they are in about the same price range as other shops, but its more fun to have so many of them in one place where you can try them and compare. Bare Minerals, Urban Decay, Sephora, Chanel, Givenchy, whatever you like, you can probably find it here. There is always a good supply of testers, disinfectants, disposable brushes and makeup removers to make help assure that you arent working with contaminated products. If you arent sure how to apply something, the friendly staff is always around to help you.

The customer service isnt all that great if you are young or dont have on makeup. I go into this sephora about 2 times a week, soon more because I will be working in the mall. On a few occasions I have been subtly followed. Most times people dont ask if I need help and its kinda irritating. Store is usually clean and organized. Music isnt too loud but sometimes the customers are very boisterous. During unexpected rushed, check out takes a while but there is enough mini products you look pass that. As a makeup enthusiast and future MUA I like the relaxed feel of the store. Just wish I wasnt overlooked for looking so young or followed sometimes (by the older women in the store).

I loved Sephora until what I have esperienced today! One staff member "ROGELIO" went on to insult, put down, and degrade my sister and I! He literally had only negative whiny insults come out his mouth!! I have never experience something so horrible in my life! I would never go back to or recommend this to anyone! I loved the other staff, I have a favorite employee but sadly the treatment from this guy erased all the niceness done by her! Rogelio I will forever be insulted!

I love Sephora, their product selection is like no other, but the Miami Aventura store had the worst representatives out of all of the Sephora stores I have been to (4 total) - not good. It was only sunday afternoon, not too busy but no-one wanted to help or answer a question. Quite disappointing since I have told so many people about Sephora, stick to online shopping or stores North of Miami.

If I could rate this Sephora 0 stars, I would. Associates, including a manager, would rather talk to each other than help a customer. Next time I would rather drive farther than to go to this disgrace of a "Sephora". Workers not helpful at all, I was looking to purchase a highlighter and since I got no help I took my business elsewhere.

I just attended a beauty class "Correct and conceal" with Estefania and Amy and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone that I know.
