The employees were nice but not willing to provide good customer service. I purchased an item online that was sent to me used. It clearly had been dipped into with a brush and used. I brought it to this location to swap it for a new one. Ive worked in retail for 6 years and Ive never heard of such a policy where you need a receipt to swap something out for the SAME exact thing. I know the manager could have done this for me. I called corporate and the girl told me she could but that they couldnt go against what the manager wants to do. I asked to speak to someone else becuse working in retail I know that corporate has the say so above any manager. The girl got nasty with me!!! Wish I had her name because even the employees at the store did not once get nasty with me. This is why I will continue to shop at Sephora as do all of my friends. I finally called again and spoke to a gentleman who got my problem resolved in less than five minutes. He gathered very little information from me and retrieved my receipt and sent it to the store. Im wondering why nobody else could make it this simple, if in fact it is policy that you need a receipt to swap something for the same item. Which I still dont know is actual policy because I requested corporate to email me their exchange policy twice, and both times I received the return policy. The company made it very very difficult for me and frankly the girl I spoke to at corporate should be fired because she has no communication skills whatsoever.

So, whenever I come to ulta, I always have a horrible time in this parking lot. I know that has nothing to do with the store, but then I come inside and all of my anxiety melts away. This place is wonderful. And the girl that does eyebrows at the Benefit Brow Bar is a magician. I did the wax and tint and it lasted for a month. I have never had my eyebrows done that well. The only negative thing I can say is beware of this parking lot. Lots of people see the stop signs and think of them as suggestions rather than things they actually need to follow. Go in the early mornings to avoid the horrible drivers, and they also get all their shipments on Mondays so go then too.

Creetia (Hair salon) and Ashley from makeup did a great job with my 13 year old daughter for her end of year dance. Creetia is absolutely amazing with curly hair. She was able to straighten my daughters curly hair with the round brush/ blow dryer, leaving loose curls at the bottom. Ashley from the make up department came in on her "day off" for my daughter. Ashley gave my daughter make up that was age appropriate, looked natural and played up her eyes. A huge thank you to these Ulta Stars because they made a huge impression on a young lady that will last a lifetime.- Nicole and Reagan

This is the first ulta Ive been to that refused me a sample that I wanted. I specifically came to this ulta because I wanted to try the becca foundation that I could not find at Sephora and was told they dont samples. Being that I recently use to work for ulta (not this one) was confused as to why, second the person that I spoke to wasnt friendly either. I felt like they didnt want to give me the sample just so I could buy it. I have very sensitive skin and wanted to make sure I could even wear this foundation before i bought it. Oh well!

This ULTA is the best, their customer service is great, the employees are very helpful and nice, plus you find everything you need. I always had trouble finding a good salón and I actually found it at ULTA, Michelle and Latoya are the girls that have done my hair there (haicut, style, and color) and they are just amazing, they not only know what they are doing but they are so sweet and freindly, I totally give a thousand thumbs up to them!

This is a great place to find quality beauty products. I love getting my shampoo and lotions from Ulta. The only reason I took a star off from it being a 5 star review is because the sales people are way too on top of you. I feel like I cant turn a corner without being asked if I need help, sometimes twice by the same person. Being too in your face wont get you a sale, let your customers shop around and if I need help Ill go ask.

I love your store and products, but unfortunately, because of my work schedule dont get to visit as often as Id like. Today I had some time and was looking for different products (eye shadows, liners, lipsticks, etc for a change in the colors Id been wearing. Well, WELCOME NICOLLE! She was wonderful! Nicolle helped me choose (with a lot of patience) what works for me. Thank you Nicolle for my new (more updated) look.

Went up to ask two of the workers a question and made eye contact with one making it obvious I had a question. She then proceeded to ingnore me and walk away with the other associate. Genuinely pissed me off because Ive worked in retail for 3 years and you dont blatantly ignore customers. I put everything back and walked out. Wont be going to this store again Ill go to the one in plantation even though its out of my way

I went there like 7 times this year. I dont like to write reviews but every time I go there is the same experience, bad customer service, they may know about the products but they have an attitude, like they are in a rush, like you are bother them, so unfriendly. And most of the time they dont have in stock what I need. Unfortunately is the closest to me.

My sister and I visited this store for the first time today and while the selection was fine; we were followed around the store as if we were going to steal. This seems as if it was racial profiling because we were the only African American girls in the store. I purchased the items I came there to get and left. I wont be visiting this Ulta location again.

I really think customer service makes a difference when one goes out to buy certain products. When it comes to makeup Im always ready to buy new products. Unfortunately, the customer service today sucked and I walked out unsatisfied. I didnt buy anything because noone was willing to help me- and that includes the assistant manager I approached.

The sales associate was great, but when I went To go to the salon to get a trim, no one came up to me or helped me out at all. Some female was sitting in a seat playing on her phone and kept glancing at me and acting as if I wasnt there. Screw that, youre not taking my money. I just walked out and went somewhere else.

When Michelle, the store manager is there it great...when shes not,..its not so good. I was just there and a "makeup artist" with bright blue lipstick and an attitude was there..this is an over 30 female market not an over 15 market. I always check to see if Michelle is working and you will be treated well
