Worst customer service experience! When we arrived in the store, we were told we could "spin the wheel" if we spent over $25, upon checkout the girl said No we were not allowed, because "now" the store was busier. Okay no big deal, my sister was getting a consult /makeup application on foundation, the sales girl said that she felt bad and offered me a "free" product. As I was looking through the bins another women supposedly the manager Bella came up to me, grabbed the boxes away, told me they werent for sale. I explained that the sales girl said I could have one for free because of them not allowing us to spin the wheel. She looked at me like I was a thief! I just spent money in the store, I didnt ask for the free stuff, and quite honestly it was embarrassing and degrading! I wanted to return my stuff and just leave!!! So rude!

This makeup store is amazing and I am so happy they opened here in America... the best lipsticks and liners everything... great prices.. just a total gem of a cosmetic company!! I live in NY and have 2 near my house but cant wait to take my Florida friends to buy and appreciate!! O

I bought this eyeliner and it is awful its extremely watery and has no color! Im guessing all the other products are just as bad. what a waste of money!
