This is the store inside JCPenney. I visit the store today May 20 2016. Very unprofessional and they lack of information of promotion and sales. This not my first bad experience in this store. After today I decide never to comeback! Is a shame because the other employee at JCPenney are very friendly and helpful The employees at Sephora need a very serious training!!!

This store IS located inside JCPenny. I was skeptical to come to this location because of all the bad reviews I read here. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the girls were friendly and helpful. The manager was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I will definitely visit again.

I really want to give this store a higher rating and I have no problem with the employees; however, I wish this store was renovated to a much bigger space and that there would be more employees available. Its frustrating to wait almost an hour for help in a tiny space where people bump into each other a lot.

The employees here are extremely rude and fake. The manager working there is also rude and fake and unprofessional. Ive been there many times and every visit is a negative experience. Im never going to this sephora again. Not worth it. Not happy with this location.

They never have samples, and when u ask one of their employees to prepare a sample they get mad and say that they are too busy and to come back another day, yet all they do is walk around the store without doing anything. Save ur time and do not go here
