This ulta is horrible. The staff is useless and plain rude. This is not the first time I encoutered problems like this at this particular ulta.When I at the cash register the cashier seemed to have a hangover or was tipsy. She had no idea what she was doing. As she was ringing up the products all of the prices were wrong, and when she told me the final price I corrected her, saying I believe it is incorrect. The response I got after that was very arrogant and ignorant. She told me that I was the one that was wrong. I had to explain to her which product was on sale, etc, etc. She was being VERY rude the whole time. I also was supposed to get a free gift with my purchase, which I told her about. The cashier actually got very pissy about that. She didnt even believe me! So she started flipping through the ulta magazine where it was advertised (while telling me that she is sure that they currently do not have any offers like that), but there it was. When she saw the promotion I was talking about she didnt even apologize.Then she had a very hard time finding it. Again, she seemed tipsy. By this time there was a pretty long line of people waiting at the register. The woman next to me who was buying some stuff seemed to be pretty frusturated with the staff as well. She bought A LOT of hair products. She was trying to convince the cashier that she was supposed to get a free gift (they didnt believe her either!!!) Then they gave her the "gift", they showed her a 0.5 oz bottle of hair product. The woman said that it was supposed to be 20oz, not 0.5oz as advertised. The cashier gave her what she wanted, but didnt apologize either! Honestly, that is a damn big difference between a 0.5oz and 20oz bottle. When I came home I started unpacking all of the things I bought. I realized that she didnt ring up everything and didnt put it in my bag!!! How did that happen!? I checked the receipt and noticed some things were buy one get the other 50% off, but that didnt ring up right either. Talk about bad customer service. I am very dissapointed that they have such a bad staff working at a store that I enjoy shopping at. The staff is rude and careless, arrogant as well. Why is the staff making it such a hassle to simply give their customers what the store is advertising? Or simply be nice to the customers and not have a bad attitude.

I went to the brow bar in this Ulta for the first time today, and was very disappointed. Its $21 for a brown wax and its supposed to be a bit more expensive because they use a special sensitive wax, but there didnt seem to be any difference from the typical amount of redness. Ive definitely had better results when I have just gone to a nail salon and paid $12. She over tweezed one of my brows which was frustrating, because now Im super self conscious about them and might have to fill them in a little which I hate the look of. The girl was nice and they do your makeup a little bit after but overall I think youre much better off just finding a good nail salon to get your brows done for a much better price. $21 for for thin uneven brows is ridiculous.

Great place, everyone is really nice. The salon is why I give it such a low review. I had to go to three sessions for dying my hair a light blonde. Ended up with light brown, not even a dirty blonde color, and my hair all damaged. She claimed we were splitting the sessions to keep my hair from being damaged but its obviously damanged. It is literally in painful knots if I dont brush it three times a day and completely frizzy. I used to be able to leave it unbrushed for two days and never had any frizz. Sounds more like the sessions were split for more commission.

The customer service has gone down since last year. the service isnt what is use to be. I mentioned it to the manager and she said Im sorry you feel that way. This location is prejudice to people of color when I go in by myself no one helps me, but when I go with a white counterpart they approach them and not me. Its happened too many times to be a coincidence.

I love this Ulta, better than any of the other ones that I have been to, they always have the newest products out and it is never a disappointment. The staff is always courteous and professional. If there was an option to give them 1 out of 10 stars I would give them all 10!

If you want any kind of customer service DO NOT COME HERE! They will blatantly ignore you and when you finally do flag someone down for help they are very rude and unknowledgeable.

When the store opened up originally the staff couldnt be nicer and one or two employees knew the products. Now, the staff does not know its products and less than helpful.

Used products are put back on shelves and put on sale. The NYX section had alot open and worn lip liners and primers. Unfortunately it is the only Ulta around here.

Best, biggest makeup store evr! They have all the good brands too (urban decay, bare minerals,etc.) Kinda pricey, but most of it is worth it! You get what u pay 4!

Be sure to call first for brow bar came in at 5:30 on a tuesday before an interview the next day no one there to do wax. Disappointed. Because brow bar is the best.
