A perfectionist with a passion for hair. This best describes my stylist Armando Cueto. He’s a master at keeping my hair blonde and still healthy. Creative with the layers making my fine hair look thicker. I could be selfish and not share however, Armando deserves the recognition as does this Ulta store in Davie, FL. It’s the people that work at Ulta that make Ulta what it is and keep me and my friends coming back to see them. It’s more than just a place to buy products or to have your hair done or even to get a good facial. The people at Ulta are highly skilled in their area of expertise, well versed on the product lines and give 100% customer support every time. A touch of class and elegance. This best describes BeBe at the Lancome counter. She stays updated on the newest products and she is a Master at applying makeup. Not only do all my girlfriends visit BeBe regularly, now the women in my family are hooked on BeBe even the out of towners.

Worst experience in my life! I usually get highlights well. Lexi turned my hair orange. When I got home and my hair was completely dry my hair was orange. Early today I went in to Sallys to buy a toner and the associate in the store suggested me to go back to Ulta and get it fixed I went back, even though the manager is very nice and tried to help by redoing the whole process again my hair remained Orange. I went to hair cuttery and finally got it fixed just with a toner the lady there was very helpful finally my hair is not orange anymore. Very horrible experience. It takes a lot for me to write a review on anything :(

Broken and missing testers. When I go to a makeup store, I want to be able to test products and feel that everything is sanitary. So many things were dirty, crumbled, and/or dried up. I didnt even want to swatch them on my hands or arms. Low or zero stock on many, many, products. Many items that said they were "in stock" in this store online were not actually in stock when I got to the store. In short, this store is clearly not well maintained. Save yourself the trouble and order online.

I was referred to Ulta by a co-worker,and I decided to try it. It turned out to be exceptional!!!. Not only did the young lady, Deborah,( who I had the good fortune of having her as my stylist.)... color, cut and highlight my hair she,understood exactly what I wanted, she performed a miracle.!I have never had someone look at my hair and "get " what I envisioned.... She is an amazingly talented young lady and I would recommend her to everyone. !!

I usually NEVER write reviews but I knew I had to after getting my hair done here. I was very hesitant and nervous primarily because I was going to cut my hair relatively short for the first time in years but I could not have asked for a better stylist. Armando was not only super nice but he ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I love how my hair color and cut came out and I will definitely be going back to him!

I have to say every time i go there, I always get great service, especially the makeup girl. I wish I could remember the girl who had helped me a couple weeks when I went to buy some new makeup. I walked in to buy just foundation, I walked out with that plus a few more items. She was really helpful, I want to say it was either Nicole or Angela. Either way, excellent service. Always shop at this location

Usually my experience is pretty good. The workers usually help me but today there were these two workers who were helping out customers. So I wait a little for each person until I could catch their attention for just a few seconds to ask a question. When I said excuse me, they didnt even acknowledge me. For anyone coming who needs to ask for help, keep in mind they might just ignore you

Excellent service, talented stylists, and always do right by the customer. I wS referred to Cindy by a friend and she exceeded my expectations. She did a keratin treatment on me a few months ago and it came out great. Since then Ive had her color, cut, and style and she is always spot on! Love it there. Highly recommend.

Downloaded Ulta app $3.50 coupon - store would not take even though in addition to prestige cosmetics I bought a Neutragena eye makeup remover which is not prestige. Was not greeted - everyone else was. Felt a really fake vibe.
