Today was my 3rd time at this Sephora location and I must say it was HORRIBLE!!! Everyone that works there were super rude, specially this Hispanic woman who looked like she had just came down from the Machu Pichu, because of her dead giveaway facial features and her terrible English! I went in the store with my husband and our 2 year old baby sitting in his stroller while I was looking thru the Hourglass display, she harassed me the entire time! She kept staring at me in the most uncomfortable way and she actually looked up and down on me as if she was dealing with an escaped convict! She kept asking me questions: "are you looking for something specific?" "Can I help you with something" like it was NON STOP, NO JOKE! I was outraged at the intensity of her harassment! I wanted to take a shelfie with the Hourglass display while holding a Hourglass lipstick and she came out of nowhere and jumped right in front of me at the very moment my husband was about to take the shelfie of me and she yelled: "No, that you cannot do! You cannot take pictures of you with a lipstick on your hand" ARE YOU F#&$+* KIDDING ME!!! I WAS ABSOLUTELY LIVID!!! I spend hundreds of $$$ a month buying makeup from Sephora, I have VIB ROUGE and for what?! So that I get treated like the scum of the earth by a Sephora employee?!?! I did not appreciate her bad attitude towards me and because of it, Im definitely going to put a complaint to the store and district manager for Sephora and escalate this to the maximum extent because her behavior was UNNECESSARY AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!

Went in to get some of my must haves as well as get recommendations on skin care products. None of the employees greeted me the entire time even though I was the only one in there, and when I decided to ask for help, the employees were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to me. The middle aged woman with brown hair was especially rude when checking me out.

This location was very efficient. I walked in and was immediately greeting by a friendly sales associate, Jade. She helped me find the concealer I was looking for. I also expressed interest in a cologne of which she gave me a small sample to take with me. All of this is consistent with other stores but I wanted to rave about the store particulate and Jade. Thanks!

A great place for "girlie girls." My daughter and I always have such fun when we have some time to kill at the mall. They have more colors, shades and scents than anywhere else around. There are plenty of "throw-away" application tools, so you can try all sorts of cosmetics. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

I called the day before to tell them what I was looking for, I was looking for natural type look, I ended up spending $50 for something that didnt even match my dress that I was supposed to wear to my dance. The lady who did my makeup was extremely nice, but was clearly not told what I was looking for

It is disapointment to go to a Sephora store at gallería mall in Fort LAuderdale and realize that they have they worst makeup attendance in the world, they would not help me at all, i felt they were making me a favor. Worst experience Ever.

Have visit a lot og Sephora and never have i been so dissapointed! Even the Sephora on Time Square in New York has more friendly sales assistent and were much more competend!!!! They did NOT know what they were doing in the Galleria mall!!!

I love that Sephora keeps the prices uniform across the stores. Great lip stains. Service was good, no one pesters you at this store.
