I have to say I didnt read the reviews of this location, prior to my visit, but after I received such great customer service by the new owner, Carree and a mini make over by Veronica. I knew it deserved a great review. The selection of products were great and up to date and anyone who knows Merle Norman products, knows their brushes are top quality! Im embarrassed to say I have had a few for years that i just cant part with lol. I have never had any issues. Not to mention, Merle Norman IS a name brand. I was shown the new spring line and updated my current make-up to add some new colors. Veronica and Carree work great as a team. Veronica was able to show me how to incorporate new techniques into my natural look and was also able to show me a subtle glam technique for a night out with my husband. While Carree was able to suggest the right Merle Norman product for my skin type. Together I walked out looking flawless! Happy to say, not only will I continue to me a long time Merle Norman client, but I will be a long time customer of this store!

Changed my life. I will never buy makeup from anyone else again. The new location in the Pompano Citi Center is convenient, and I stop by the store at least once a month. The owner is amazing, she always helps me find perfect matches for my skin tone. Ill never buy from a Sephora, Mac Store, Ulta or Sallys again! My skin became so much healthier when I switched to using the Merle Norman product line. The prices are reasonable, products are high quality, and the customer service is fantastic. I feel like I have a personal relationship with the staff. They know who I am, and have all my info on file. It makes re-upping my supply so easy. They are experts - not just on the products, but on makeup art and skin care as well. Merle Norman is the best kept secret in makeup! Its perfect for day wear at the office or for evenings out. They constantly come out with new products and keep up with the latest trends. Wish Id heard of the brand years ago!

I have been a client of Merle Norman for several years now. The owner, Carree, knows the product line and is able to make excellent recommendations for skin care and makeup products. I have tried all the major brands over the years, including prestige lines like Chanel. The quality of the Merle Norman products is outstanding. Most have little to no fragrance, a big concern to me since I am very sensitive. I also have very sensitive skin and this is the best line I have used. My skin is happy and my makeup always looks great and lasts all day (but removes easily at night). I highly recommend this location, they try and match you up with whats right for you and they will even ship it free if youre not local!

If I could rate less than I would! First of all, the management and the employees are beyond rude! The makeup selection is very limited and super outdated not to mention OVERPRICED. The owner of this store clearly doesnt know how to run a business. Save your time and go to the mall unless you want to wear makeup like an 80 yr old woman. Seriously not worth the trip ever. Would never go back again. Stay away if youre looking for quality makeup.

I have been going to Merle Norman for many years and I love it! The owner (Carree) is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is beautiful and very clean. Margarita has been doing my pedicures for a long time and does an excellent job. She is very professional and a joy to be around. The cosmetics are high quality and I use many of the products. It is truly a pleasure to visit the shop. I recommend it to all my friends.

I am loving the new location that Merle Norman moved into. Located inside Sola Salons at the Pompano Citi Centre it is such a convenient location. I am able to shop at the the stores while being able to get my makeup at Merle Norman. The new spot is so cute and the owner is very welcoming when you walk in. I just started using the makeup when they were in the old location and followed her to the new. This is a must go see.
