The staff at this store definitely leave something to be desired. Anytime Ive come to this location I have to hunt someone down to get assistance (I never have a problem at the Boca location), whatever product Im looking for will be out of stock, and the staff are absolutely clueless as to how to resolve a situation. I purchased a KVD foundation here a week ago which unfortunately oxidizes on my skin. I really needed the coverage for an event so I went in to exchange it for a lighter shade. Despite online saying they had the shade I was looking for, they did not (as per usual for this location). I decided to go with an even lighter shade figuring that it would one, oxidize to some degree anyway and two if it was still too light I could use contour, blush and bronzer to get it where I needed it to be. I did not have the receipt (Ive never needed one at the Boca location) so the associate who is there every time Ive been there (older Spanish lady with glasses) started the exchange for me. When she rang up the product it came out as $19, meaning they would only return my item for $19 despite the foundation being $34 and I would be expected to pay the remaining $15. She acted as though this were a completely normal thing and I told her no, I would not be paying $49 for a $34 foundation. She could not have cared less and told me that that was how the computer was ringing it up so thats what the price was. I let her know I wouldnt be doing that and took my product. I left and called customer service who told me they would call the store and speak to the associate. I asked if I should just hand over my cell so it could be handled easier and when I went to do that the call dropped. In frustration I left, called customer service and filed a complaint. This location desperately needs customer service training. I have been VIB Rouge/VIB for years and have never experienced such poor customer service from any Sephora location.

Ive had the worst experience of customer service at this location. Today, I decided to make a trip to this location since I just moved into the area 2 weeks ago. At first, everything was going well. Both ladies helped me with find what I wanted and the purchase was complete. However, 5 minutes after the purchase, a young man chased me down claiming to be from the Loss Preventative department and took me and my items to the backroom. It turns out the older lady with red hair started accusing me of stealing a product from the store. The minute I entered the room, she was facing the floor the whole time and would never make eye contact with me. The security guard started rummaging through my purse and pulled out the item in question, which is a powder I purchase in ULTA 2 MONTHS AGO in PEMBROKE PINES. She claimed to watch me "place the said product into my purse", when all I did was blot my face since I was sweating. They had to call the location where I said I bought it, and they confirmed my purchase and let me go. NOT ONCE did I get an apology from the red headed lady and she simply walked out of the room. Im immediately contacting corporate to enter a claim with this location. Completely unprofessional.

I have to agree with everyone else. They are awfully bad at customer service. I have been to this place so many times and not once did they greeted me, no hi or hello. Or How may I help you. Nothing. Or when I ask a simple question, I dont ever see them smiling or excited. They all seem like they are forced to be there. And they dont really help you finding the right shade of any cosmetics. They just grab an item, hand it to you and then leave. No help, opinions, no suggestions. So you are left there thinking whether to buy the product or not. And also, not too many customer service there because every time I walk in, they are all busy so I have to wait 20-30 mins to get someones attention. As an old customer, I love the place, the people but they really need customer service training.

Customer service was horrible. I just walked out the store and I had to take a few minute to write a review. Corporate need to give these ladies customer service training, because they need it badly. I walked in, and not one person greeted me. I head over to the women perfume section because I am looking for a new signature perfume, and this one lady just came to check on me Im guessing, no smile, no hello, nothing. I then went over to the lady at the register for a question I had...no hello, no how may I help you, nothing. While she did answer my question, I said thank you...I got nothing back. I just dont understand why come to work in a people driven environment when you cannot treat all people with respect! I will never go back to that place. Just horrible!

I gave a five star rating because of my experience with one of the staff, her name is nicki if I remember correctly. I explained to her my skin care needs as well as the issues i am having with finding the right concealer and foundation that will work with my sensitive skin. Nicki walked me through the store and grabbed a few foundations, matched them to my skin tone by applying them to the side of my cheek, and created little sample packs for me of each. I left with like 5 samples to try with my daily skin care and makeup routine. She also helped me pick the perfect shade of kat von ds new liquid lip stick and Im completely in love with it. Nicki was a great help thank you so much.

I dont remember her name, but my experience at Sephora was great! Seemed as if there were so many associates there and although she was in the middle of helping someone else, she immediately greeted me when I was in her view. She took me directly to what I came in for and even recommended an eyeshadow primer that I LOVE. My friends and I were starving, so she also recommended a place we could grab a good calzone. It was AMAZING, by the way!! Thanks a million.

This location should be shut down or bring in new management. Its a disappointment this Sephora looks like this. Feels and looks dirty, employees look depressed to be there and your beauty insider points are never accurately applied to your account when you shop here. For such a small place you would think they would maintain is better. Especially since the rest of jcpenny looks great!

I had an absolutely awful experience that ruined my whole day when an older red headed woman snapped at us when we asked for help. Ruined my whole day. Awful customer service I will never go back.

They actually never get to you to know what you need, good thing that I already review the products that I wanted online and I need any help. The store is seems to be dirty and in no order.
