I took my wife to this location for her bi weekly makeup trip, we had been to this location several times since moving here. The employees were generally helpful but not great, however she knows what she needs so she doesnt need much. Went in Tuesday during the day, we mostly go in the evening. The staff was pathetic. They had two registers open, each one had customers when we went to the counter. waited five minutes as the line began to pile up. When the cashier finally finished ringing up the person in front of us, she turned and walked away without a word with us standing there. We waited another couple minutes for her to return, she did not. Another girl came and opened the register across from us and asked the cashier who was next and was told the person in her line was next, with us still standing waiting at the register next to us. The woman the motioned over even looked at us apologetically, horrible service. Dropped the stuff on the counter and walked out. Couldnt decide if it was because we were dressed down, because my wife is Indian, or because of basic ignorance. Anyways, drove to the Garden Mall location and everyone was awesome there. Just goes to show how a business can be great but the staff can seriously damage a particular location.

Great place! The location is great, right in with all the other shops of City Place. The prices are expected for a Sephora, so no true complaint there. The employees are the best Ive ever met, so friendly, helpful, and overall fun! Everytime I come in here, which tends to be often, everyone is so wonderful and I can always find what I want or need with ease. Seriously incredible service.

Best Sephora I have ever been to! The girl and guy workers are super nice, so helpful, and great at advice! I have very hooded eyelids and the crew always helps me at picking the perfect shadow shades and what primers would help me. Love love love!

This Sephora is incredible. The staff members are warm and welcoming, they greet you on the way in and acknowledge you as you leave. I got the 45 minute makeover for my graduation pictures and it is one of the best makeup exercise I have ever had!

My wife loves it. Quality products and friends staff. Great selection of fragrances for men and women. Quality makeups. Can be pricey but products are quality.
