Horrible costumer service!! For all the Spanish people, Bcause Im Latina Im write in Spanish.. Antes de ir hoy May1st/16 por 1ra vez chequee 1ro aqui Los reviews de la tienda, casi todos dicen mal servicio por parte de Los trabajadores, asi todo fui porque queria ver Los productos y era mi 1ra vez, anyway, cuando entre nadie dice no bienvenido a la tienda nada; pregunte a una muchacha que estaba haciéndole el maquillaje a un cliente que era mi 1ra vez ahí y que me gusto la tienda por su variedad de marcas de cosméticos y skincare, que si había alguna otra persona que me ayudara a buscar lo que yo deseaba, pasó casi 45 min y si no pregunto creo nadie iría a ayudarme, mandan a una muchacha que hablaba español y en su tono de voz se notaba apurada y como si quisiera ayudarme por obligación y sin cortesía, había otro muchacho que habla igual español, sin querer atender a los clientes y cuando alguien preguntaba algo huían, ahora yo pregunto Para qué van a trabajar ?? Realmente necesitan cambiar todo el personal ninguno de los que estaba ahí atendía bien a los clientes.

This Ulta is close to my house and I have been a frequent customer here, but I will now drive all the way to Pembroke Pines because I am so tired of the terrible customer service here. And in the future, I will be going to Sephora. I purchased the new Urban Decay back to basics eyeshadow and I used my 25$ platinum reward towards it. I went to return it without the receipt, and when I had called before to verify that I could return it with Amy, she said yes come on in. Next day, Im facing Amy in person to return it, and of course, when her manager came over, now the story changes and I cant because I used my rewards. Amy was very rude, saying I essentially "got it for free" which is absolutely incorrect and kept saying I used a ten dollar coupon as well as the manager. This was demeaning and embarrassing for her to say to me. The ten dollar "coupon" was applied on their behalf for the free ULTA BIRTHDAY GIFT eyeshadow I had also gotten because it was the day of my birthday, and not my entire purchase. On top of that, a 25$ reward toward a 50$ palette is not FREE. Her and the manager dont even know how to read their own transactions. Im not even upset about the money, the part that upsets me the most is that Im expected to keep this makeup I will never use because I used my privilege of my platinum rewards points. Wtf sense does that make?? If I cant return it then how about a store credit?? No alternative options were offered. I called Ulta customer service and they sent my receipt over to the Pembroke Pines location with Sabrina, the associate manager, where she was able to return the eyeshadow with no hassle whatsoever. She also apologized and said there was no reason for me to have to drive over to Pembroke Pines just to return the eyeshadow. Never coming to this location again. Whats funny is you cant even find this store on Yelp, just the salon and the brow bar because they know they would be slammed with negative reviews. The manager and Amy both need to be retrained on how to give proper customer service and how to read platinum rewards transactions.

I have found this place to be super friendly and nice staff no matter who you speak to , only insecure clients feel anything rude , I have seen other reviews and I really dont see it but now a days everyone has a bad day and a computer , I have a special day even when I just pass by I get to Lancome and the go to Nyx always greeted super nice and supreme Keva in Lancome is superb in Make up Tips, I do my hair there and I am looking forward to it , and I love going and then Having a Healthy Lunch next door at Whole Foods it becomes a nice pleasant afternoon even look around for gadgets at Best Buy Ulta has for the Rich and the lower income product equivalent NYX is a great brand i Mix it with my Lancome I specially like their HD Primer with Chamomile gets rid of the stress on ones face almost immediately the Primer Spray and Spray Mat Finish is superb weather its Ray at the Salon, the lady who attends the IT makeup is super nice and fun everyone in every corner has something good to say or smile and you dont feel rushed I just got a revival facial and it was grand. I am considering getting that kit after im done with all the other Serums I get from Lancome and the the Fragrances OMG amazing , I prefer it to the other Make up place way to Busy not naming names and no way is there attention there. this is the Place to Be ULTA

It is the most terrible service that i have ever had. I was talked into buying expensive creams, i spend 130$ on them. Before the purchase I asked "Can i return them if i have an alergic reaction to them?" I was answered with a "yes" After 2 weeks, I returned them back and they didnt take them back because the guy at the cash register decided that I spend more cream than i was suppposed to. No one has ever told me how much cream i was supposed to spend for them to accept it back.I used it on myself 3 times and I got an alergic reaction.I did not like the cream. I will never again be a customer of this store and i will tell my friends not to visit the store.

This place is a joke and so is the staff! I called a day before to set a hair appointment for my husband they gave me the time 1 oclock so he shows up and they go and say that it is for 2 instead, with no phone call and with attitude rolled their eyes and didnt care to say sorry for the mistake. I mean its not NASA its Ulta, the least you can provide is customer service. Screw this place and the staff. Oh yeah and figure out your own gender.

Called about a hair service, and the woman on the phone told me to come by. I drive half an hour to the store, and when I get to the salon they say they never told me to come. With the WORST attitude Ive ever been subject to as a customer. You work at Ulta, relax. As for the store, the staff is helpful, but the salon employees either need an attitude change, or need to go. Like many others, Im taking my business elsewhere.

Rude employees, not helpful and inexperienced. Even though the store is always empty, the lines are always so long due to the slow service. I literally come here for one hair product every few months (it is around the corner from my house) but I dread the visit every time. It should be a positive and exciting experience but its not. Id rather spend all my money at Sephora.

I dont like this store location . I have been there twice and have had a bad experience both times. I had to write corporate about their treatment. Customer service sucks. I prefer the one in Pembroke Pines. Its sad, because the Aventura one is right down the street from me. But the staff at the Pembroke Pines location are much friendlier.
