Last week I spent a good bit of time in Home Depot due to a Rentals Kitchen Remodel. Andre happened to be there every time I was there. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, courteous and funny. His customer service skills are exceptional. I do not write reviews often , but really needed to let management know what a fabulous person Andre is for your company. Thank you!!

Home Depot has a very good culture of customer service but sometimes you still have to search to find a person to help you. I like the store layout but their prices were just a little bit higher than Lowes which is nearby.

great store with great customer service. details here slightly off as this store location does not have a tool rental, just truck rental. this location also does not carry hilti tools

Went looking for a ceiling fan and found one that was suitable. Fan listed "easy find" bin location however none of the bins were labeled, 15, 20 min looking, no help. We left.

This store doesnt seem to operate like other HD stores. Always new personnel in training. There are good, helpful employees however I fear they get discouraged, and move on.
