So far, very pleased after driving into Scranton, and entering the extremely large showroom, with room after room of beautiful furniture, We finally reached mattress area, where we were encouraged to lay down and get to know what Were going to sleep on for the next 20 + years. Wonderful Salesman, "Louis" was a charming, well dressed gentleman, who offered no pressure, but many choices to choose from, and was extra helpful and extremely friendly, like a family member unseen for years, He gently helped Us feel comfortable with Our choice, until We were more than happy to make a commitment to purchase a wonderful Sealy Posture-pedic that suited Our comfort level and Our budget. Truly a Wonderful experience indeed ! Louis made it happen for Us with no high pressure or uncomfortable sales tactics which I appreciated more than He knows! ( I hate pushy sales people ! ) He, was a pleasure to deal with, and a gentleman at all times ! Great store, loaded with acres of furniture, quality goods, good prices and we wont shop for furniture anywhere else unless they disappoint in the future ! I hope not, But Ill be sure to let You know should they screw it up later. otherwise, for now, get over there and Buy something nice for Yourself ! :)

We spent over $13,000 to furnish 3 rooms. The salesman told us that the sofa set we bought was hand rubbed. Its not! Its sprayed painted. It is literally flaking off. He had it serviced and he sprayed painted it. And guess what, the same spots flaked off again. Its literally flaking off and getting all over our hands, face, and clothes. I had to buy couch covers so that way we could sit on it without it getting all over. Then the real kick in the face is all they will do is come out and spray it again. Its not covered in the platinum protection plan because they consider it normal wear. I will never shop at this place again. If you lie to me for a sale why would I come back. If you told me the truth I would have picked something different and continued to be a loyal customer. And the protection plan is a joke. It was their way of just squeezing more money out of us that was for nothing. Never again!!!! And I have been telling everyone not to go there.
