We worked with Rich whom is absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. Rich truly has the patience of a saint since my husband, two kids and I spent so much time deciding which mattresses we wanted. We also had the pleasure of meeting Keith when our mattresses came in. Keith was so kind and stayed past closing to help us load our items, which is a true example of service! We really like that we have a 120 day return policy if we are unhappy with our purchases, that is over 3 months of making sure you have the mattress of your dreams!!!
