I am very satisfied with customer service at Casual Marketplace. We had an issue with wicker furniture purchased there and Patty took care of it completely. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. And we are! In this day and age, its unusual to find a company that stands behind their brand. Casual Marketplace and Lane Venture did so and for that reason, I continue to be a happy customer.
