This place is AWFUL. First, it took 2 hours to build out the kitchen (it took Cabinets to go 40 mins), Secondly they quoted me $20,000 for a kitchen Cabinets to go quoted $7000 for. After the shell shock of that he tried telling us it was the door we picked and all of a sudden the price dropped to $10,000.00, which still wasnt happening. Then he said he would change the quote to an Aristokraft cabinet instead of the "all Wood Kitchen Made" cabinets and email it to me later that day. I call Monday because i still dont have it and am told hes off and will do it first thing Tues when he gets in. At 2:30 I get an email with 2 door styles, 2 finishes each style and a number.... $10,923.00, $9,513.00, $9,717.00...... etc etc. When I asked for the build out I was told I would get that at purchase. THAT is slimy salesmanship. youll find out what youre paying for, once you pay for it?!?!? But we will give you a cartoon picture of what it will look like? I recommend no one ever going there because that is some 70s used car salesman tactics.

Could not be more unimpressed & infuriated with the customer service I have experienced with this company. These are not custom cabinets, a 48 hour limit to make changes on your most basic model is absurd. Particularly when I am spending thousands of dollars and the change will not change what I am paying! Then to receive attitude from your sales force when questioning our purchase....I really could not be more disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I will never make a purchase at one of your stores again! And I will be sure to re-post this and tell everyone I know! Buyers beware!

The Rude sales staff. Vinny was not willing to get his lazy but off the chair to assist in a $7500 purchase. I asked for him to contact a manager before my money walked out the door. He refused to help out in any way. So my company will no longer purchase our cabinets through them. Their loss

Expensive place for design orders. Not bad for open stock items at all. Decent pricing for that. Quality is average to above average and may surprise you sometimes. Customer service can be anywhere from great to non-existent.
