I paid $90 to send a package overnight to my son. The package contained prescription medication that is extremely time sensitive - not to mention expensive. It was scheduled to be delivered this morning. Its now 5pm and no one can tell me where the package is. The UPS store doesnt have any indication that it ever left their store - it was never scanned. The employees in the store were nice enough, but claim they cant help. The owner of this franchise refuses to speak w/me or get involved to help her employees track down my package. I suspect it was stolen because I told them it contained medication - even though its of no use recreationally. I asked if the owner would review her security footage & she refused. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH ANY PACKAGE YOU CARE ABOUT. I see the owner has replied to other reviews here - this may be the only way to get a response from her.

SHADY. I called in this morning to get a quote on shipping a package. Gave the girl the dimensions, weight, and ship to information. Quote over the phone was $28. That was a reasonable price, so I went down at lunch with the package. Turns out the package weighed less and the dimensions were slightly smaller than I had estimated over the phone......and yet the price somehow MORE THAN DOUBLED. They gave me some song and dance about prices fluctuating minute by minute. Sure they do. Apparently their prices can more than double in less than an hour. Go somewhere else. I know I will.

Store employee is very friendly. Explained me various service options and price for each one. My hubby forgot his important document that he needed it by 9am the following day. Luckily they had a 8am delivery to his hotel. He received the paper next day morning before his 9am business meeting. I cant imaging anyone can do this faster. Now I do not go to USPS (Postal) as I am using their services for my cookie business as well. Highly recommend this store.

Im apart of a local business who uses UPS to ship ground-only items. They also take USPS drop-offs to ease the pain of downtown traffic. Theyre sometimes understaffed but more so bogged down by clueless, sometimes entitled or rude elderly patrons in line who rob others time because they cant pack a box themselves without a hand hold or refuse to learn technology/a copy machine. Either way, superb staff, very patient and thorough.

The UPS Store is NOT UPS and they charged me more than double the cost of shipping directly with UPS. I had to ship and insure a very expensive item and I paid dearly because of the deceptive nature of the store name. These are franchised and they can charge whatever they want and its often significantly more than UPS. BEWARE!!!

Guy takes my 25 lb box full of expensive merchandise, scans it in, then walks it over to the storage area and drops it from a foot and a half off the ground--WHAM, it hits the floor. Will never use this store again.
