Top notch service from beginning to end. I needed two award plaques, and Kim showed me dozens of choices from two catalogs. I selected the two choices, and sent her text for the engraving. She sent me proof images of the plaques appearance, which I altered a couple of times. She did not engrave until I gave final approval. One acrylic plaque blank arrived at SignsPlus with a very small scratch. I might not have noticed the scratch, but she sent to the supplier for a replacement. The final plaques were perfect, and arrived on time. Excellent overall work and service. Thanks!
