Bought a bike for my son there after he picked one out a couple weeks ago. It was no longer on floor but the store associate was able to look it up by finding the sku on my cell phone where I had the web page open. He wrote me a ticket to bring to the counter and customer service matched the online price with no issues. Great experience and helpful workers.

Worst experience ever brought 3 tablets . Before I purchased one it looked as if it was already opened. I got the tablet home there was a password on it and pictures with someones face in it. Then my daughter dropped one of the other tablets not hard and the screen went black that tablet also looked like it was used. Never will I shop here AGAIN !!!!!

Had a great experience here! Went in for a simple item and walked out very happy! The assistant manager Kate is very helpful! The cashier Dylan R was also very friendly and helped a lot, both made sure I had a great experience. I will return!

If you buy something online and need to return it dont count on bringing it back to the store. The people at the customer service desk need to take a few customer service classes. Will never purchase anything from this company again

15 mins called 5 phone keeps ringing and then i get the busy tone dont these people know how to pick up the phone when a customer is calling maybe they should go back to school 101 for customer service they cant pick up the phone
