I am rating this establishment along with the online warehouse 2 stars today. I have been trying throughout the day to order items from my son & daughter in laws registry to no avail! Once all the items were placed & order submitted I got the emails saying it couldnt be processed, but with no explanation. I tried numerous times, the emails kept saying the order couldnt be processed. So, I decide to go to the store & have them order my items on their computer instead. They even offered me a credit card for a 15% saving so I accepted & gave all my info. My order was processed & I was even given a receipt. Within a couple of minutes I get an email saying the order couldnt be processed even though a receipt had printed. The sales clerk calls the 1-800 # to find out the problem & she gets an automated recording stating that there was information missing on those items. I had submitted detailed information, in fact I had been submitting DETAILED INFORMATION ALL DAY!! The sales clerk then tells me that apparently the warehouse did not have the items on the registry even though the registry said items were available. She suggests I have my son delete those items & add on other items to their registry. I decide to buy other items on their registry that the store had in stock & use the temporary credit card they had approved & still save 15% off my purchase. THE TEMPORARY APPOVAL CARD WAS DECLINED AT THE CHECKOUT! TALK ABOUT BEING BEYOND UPSET AT THIS POINT!! THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PRINTER AT THE REGISTRY SECTION! Just wish my kids didnt solely depend on Babies R Us for all their gifts cause it looks like many of their choices will not be available & the company doesnt have the expertise to inform their customers!!

I am at 376 universal drive toys r us and I got here at 8:55. The close at 9:30. Apparently the manager doesnt care for repeat business because they have already locked up and I see the people in the store. I knocked on the door and pointed to the time chart that says they are open to 930 and the employee flipped me off! I called and the auto-info confirmed 930,but sure enough Noone answered. This is horrible store, and I tried to go online to email ANYONE, and the only email option is for "press." Heres your press info: Ill be shopping at Target! You rude, incompetent conglomerate!

Worst Toys R Us out there! Ordered something to pick up in store just for the employees to tell me that they are "out of stock and coming in tomorrow"I showed up two days later and one employee told me that they were discontinued while the other said the item "must have been stolen." One of the employees was complaining about an ear infection that she has while right next to my newborn that I had brought due to absolutely needing her carseat insert! Terrible staffing, terrible selection. I will now have to drive all the way to Milford because I will never go back to this location!

Went to pick up a few things that were not purchased on my registry. Picked and activity set that had a clearance tag, got to the register it wasnt ringing up the clearance price so they radioed another employee to check. The employee said it wasnt on sale i went back to the isle the clearance tag was ripped down and they denied it being up. Just a bunch on children working no managers or adults there. All the diapers were on the wrong rack so they were not ringing up the correct price walked out with nothing!! Will NEVER go back there i now have to travel all the way to orange.

The Transformers selection was extensive, they had ALL the power rangers even the pink one, and they had an entire aisle full of bakugan! Boy did that give me a heart attack! The staff was almost too friendly; I almost thought I was in Disney Land! I did have one major complaint however: my SPAGHETTI was raw! My meatballs were frozen! What kind of self respecting toy store serves SPAGHETTI like that? Over all a very SPAGHETable experience. Three stars

Extremely disappointed. Make sure noone buys your child a present from here! No gift receipt and they wont even do store credit?! Your system should be able to see this was bought at your store! And the employee was extremely rude about it. Needless to say, I will be shopping at Wal-Mart or Kohls from now on where their technology is up to date. This is 2015. Get with the times...

Do not bother coming here. Everything is over priced and everyone here is very unfriendly and unhelpful. You would think they would have a more positive attitude working at a kids store and with toys but they were completely rude and negative. They gossiped and said profane words in front of kids. They were complaining about their job while checking us out. Horrible service.

Incompetent employees. No one there likes their job. Impossible to get any help, managers are like fairys talked about but never seen. Its a shame that the place my son loves is a hell hole but hes just too innocent to see it. The very generic 5 star ratings here; I know for a fact those people never actually went to this store

I called the store for an in store pick up item status. Someone answered and she put me on hold immediately. 10 minutes later she picked up ask what i need and then put me on hold again. Ive been holding for 1 EFFIN hour already and no one has answered. RIDICULOUS

There is never help around and their stock is horrible, they never have the toy youre looking for also the store is not very clean or organized
