GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY TOYS. Not only are their prices on the average 20% higher for no reason. When they come to a customer service issue they do nothing. As I walked around the store I picked up a Lego mini figure to buy but when I reached the register for my purchase I was told that I wasnt allowed to because the item is street dated. meaning that it could not be sold for another week and a half. I didnt even know this was a thing. Why was the item on the sales floor and why wouldnt the management do anything other than say Im sorry you will have to drive out of your way again to come get it. With no real guarantee that it will still be there. You run a business your job is to make money. Dont go out of your way to disappoint a money spending customer.

Horrible customer service i only go to this particular one because its the closest to me none of the employees know anything about any of their products they should not higher people who cant help with a single thing i even watched two young employees playing swords together while i was standing there waiting for assistance i have been to this location several times and every time had a bad experience ill take the longer drive to a different location next time

i went there twice to add things on my registry, first time she did not reconcile some of my items , second visit there i mentioned something and the guy added things to my registry that i did not even scan. They should go to the bohemia location and take some notes. I was not happy with there customer service.

staff members are very friendly & helpful when they can be & have very nice store manager. Only thing that drives me nuts is their this one manager jonathan i think thats what his name who keeps talking over the walkie when his staff tries to ask thier pickup team to see if item is instock.

One of the cleanest, most well stocked toys r us stores Ive been in, and I visited on Christmas Eve. There was an abundance of friendly and helpful staff members available. My cashier asked me if it was still raining outside, then double bagged a large item so it would be fully protected.

Store does not open at 7am on Saturdays as it shows here (they open at 9). I have been "banned" from returning items with out a receipt and can not get a straight answer as to how their return policy works. Every time I inquiry out it I get an attitude.

As a grandma who is not always savvy on all products, I do not find the staff in this store to be particularly helpful. I frequent this store because it is the closest to me. Mostly I order on Amazon.

They dont open at 9 am on Tuesday. I sent my wife there for formula and she has to wait til 9:30! Shes pretty upset. Fix the hours!
