I had the worst experience with store manager "Cindy" (would not provide me with her last name). Claimed at 1st. That she was assistant manager then manager then when l asked to speak with her boss she replied : l am the boss here!!!l was charged twice for a toy after employee turned off register by accident but assured me that it wont post to my bank since the receipt never came out. Told me to go pay again at another register so l did. When l went to my account it was already posted twice l called the bank 2 different bank employees told me yes l did get charged twice because they see 2 transactions same amount with 2 different authorization numbers. They were willing to talk with store manager to explain the problem but Cindy didnt want to hear it she kept yelling and shaking her head in front of my children hung up on my bank, treated me like a was crazy argued with me and 2 bank women when they were trying to tell her that I did get charged she basically threw me out of the store with my 4 and 10 year old sons. Would not apologize to us. And told me goodbye! Will never go back to that store because of how this woman "manager Cindy" treated us. SHE SHOULD NOT WORK IN ANY STORE FOR CHILDREN! After l got to my car my 4 year old said maybe we should give this dog back to that lady that was yelling at us so she wont be mad anymore he said l dont need this dog that much.... broke my heart. Be careful pay cash if you can. I learned my lesson big time today. Called corporate about her, they promised to fix this mistake. I hope to get that double charge back soon.

Store entrance forces you to walk past way too many "featured items" to get in to shop. Great selection of toys albeit a bit pricey. Lost a star when they sold me an obviously used, jammed and returned marshmallow gun.

Very large store with good selection, and easy access parking lot. Their baby section is a bit limited, but there is a Babies R Us just a couple miles away.

I Love this store. They have Expensive makeup to Moderate priced makeup. Everything you can think of in Beauty. Sales Associates are always very helpful.
