This is by far the worst store on the entire island hands down. Theyre unorganized, the store is always a mess. The store manager Jenn is one of the rudest people Ive ever met. There was only one really nice employee, and I just found out he was fired for "yelling at a customer". This customer in question that was yelled at was a rude woman who decided she could call me fat. He stuck up to me. Went back to buy something today, asked about the employee who stuck up for me and was told he was fired. He was the only reason I ever shopped there. If it wasnt for him, and his enthusiasm I would have stopped months ago. Dont shop here.

Clean store but never really any staff around to help, always trying to push their credit card or other nonsense even after saying you dont want anything but the single item you came in to buy

I have never had a good experience here... I just did a store pickup of a product and was given an empty box after waiting almost 30 minutes for the item.

Comparing to other Toys R us, it is not so organized. Things lying on the floor. I have not been there a lot, my experience limited to limited visits.

As far as Toys R Uss Go this one is horrible. its dirty, service is very poor and they never have what is needed.

small format store, really needs to expand. the do not have all the stuff larger stores like holbrook have.
