I ordered a E-gift card online and after 14 hrs later I was not still able to receive it I call a couple of time and was told that I would have to wait until Monday for further assistance.I never in my life experience such horrible customer service!!!My gran-kids birthday was that weekend and I live out of town and felt desperate.I called other establishments in that area and had no issues getting them gift cards. Customer service SUCKS when you call. They ask you to repeat yourself 100 times....hang up on you then put you on hold hoping you will hang up...like your bothering them. From now on I will go in. #Booooo
