Ive shopped at this store many times over the years. Every single time the customer service has been anywhere from poor to appalling. Sometimes it is so bad it could be fodder for a sitcom. For example: one time I was having something personalized and the shop assistants decided (after around 27 mins) that they didnt have time to finish it. They hadnt been working on my item very much, rather they had been having a great time visiting amongst themselves. Literally. Think SNL material. They then asked me to come back later and stated that I had placed an unreasonable demand on them when, in fact, I would have been happy to come back had they said so at the beginning. Normally I am treated pretty well when I go to a toy store as I do tend to spend a lot of money there. This makes the contrast of how poorly Im treated at Kiddly Winks especially stand out. Now I buy on line or go to Sisters Kids (which has excellent customer service, by the way).

Im shocked at the bad reviews. Ive had nothing but fabulous experiences there. I have never felt pressured to buy more than I want, or felt bad for buying just one thing. Theyve always been helpful when Ive been looking for a gift for a child but didnt have any ideas. A+ in my book!

Love this toy store! They have the most unique, cool toys & I always find something really cool for who ever Im shopping for, from toddlers to teens! Definitely a different experience than your typical big box toy store. I always look forward to shopping here!

Although I used to shop at Kiddly and Sisters kids, I was so turned off by Sisters customer service. Kiddly Winks has rather good customer service, and a nice selection (although more focused on babies than kids).
