This is a complaint. I am more than seven months pregnant and drove out of my way to visit one of these stores this evening. I had three items, with tags, that Id received at my recent baby shower. The store manager refused to let me return said items even for store credit. She was inflexible and unkind. In this situation, where the items rang up in their system and it was obviously the beginning of a possible customer relationship refusing to accept said returns does not benefit anyone. It was frustrating and without cause. Im also contacting the better business bureau and informing all of my expectant peers of what terrible customer service and policies our store has. Really is twenty dollars worth losing a life-long relationship for? My daughter isnt even due until the end of August, how in the world would she wear a 12-mo outfit? In which case why should I miss out because someone else cant understand that?

I wish you could give no stars. I was hng up on, by a "guest services representative" because she picked up the phOne asking "what are you waiting for." thinking he has mistaken me for another caller I said excuse me? *click* hung up on. I called right back, keep in mind Im calling about the lay away should she know about that? nope Im on hold still after 15 minutes so she can find her manager. Hung up. Called back. Got the manager who is just a peach. Terrible.

Hours listed online are incorrect. Had a horrible time purchasing crib last year...took forever to deliver. It arrived damaged. It then took another 2 weeks for a replacement, which ended up a different model. Employees who ask to help seem to not know there products. Many items are not on display to try out, such as a child carrier.

My girlfriend called with some very simple questions. She was put on hold for 20 minutes just to be answered by the "tech department" in an extremely rude manner. Wont be going back there again

Fine example of this retailer. We purchased our sons crib here. Clothing area is a little cramped and you should arm yourself with a coupon before going. Good sales when they have them.

A giant toy store without many bargains--you can do better online or at your local toy store. The bikes they sell are junk.

Clean and bright place. Very good Geo location. Nice staff. Parking. And not that far youll find a companion: Babys r Us.
