Very poor experience. I spend tons of money here, birthday presents and gifts for my kids. tried to return a puzzle mat we didnt like, and they wouldnt take it back because it wasnt in shrinkwrap-- making it "in unsellable condition". Will shop toys r us now where i know things can be returned. very disappointed.
