I found a Nerf gun online that said the North Attleboro Toys R Us store had it for $9.99. Got to the store and it was marked $34.99. Before I waited in the long Black Friday line, I asked an associate if they would honor the lower price and he said the would. 0nce we got to the front, Alex the person in charge, said "weve been having that problem with google since last year...we cant honor that price." No signs posted, no associate awareness of the google issue, poor customer service experience all around. No chance Ill be shopping at any toys r us after this experience. Disappointed!

The night time manager is a complete idiot. And has no customer service and is not fit to run a store. I also purchased and Xbox one bundle and had the package opened on me and game code removed when I called they told me theres nothing they can do because they none in the store although the cashier was telling me earlier this morning they went on ale the just got a new case in and had the case with him in R Zone. He either doesnt care, no idea to figure out where his stock is. How does a manager have no idea what they did with their inventory?? NO STARS!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

I went to the Toys R Us today with my son, when I was at the counter and giving my credit card to purchase the toy I had bought, the counter woman said the following: If this is your husbands credit card he has to be here with you to use it. I was stunned and insulted by her racism and sexism. I replied that it would be dumb to use anothers credit card at a store, the woman agreed and went on talking! I have never experienced such a thing in my life, the womans name was Karla she needs to be fired for this type of insulting remarks and should not be serving customers.

Went to purchase a video game there and the associate name "Andrew" in the electronics dept. was EXTREMELY helpful!! also Robyn at the service counter helped me with my layaways. SHE ACTUALLY SAVED ME MONEY ON MY PURCHASES!!!! Told me what went on sale and was very acurate and detailed oriented! Would recommend this store to EVERYONE for an awesome retail experience... THANK YOU Andrew, Robyn and staff for making my experience a FANTASTIC ONE!!!

I visit often because I collect many toys. If you are into Skylanders or Disney Infinity ask for Andrew in electronics. He knows such about video games.
