Video games here are overpriced. I expect local shops to be a few bucks more than online auctions, and thats ok because you can touch the thing before you buy it, but some games are priced 2 and 3 times more than you can get elsewhere (even other local shops). I asked if prices are firm and they said there is no negotiating. I have been here a few times and purchased a few games from them, but anything that is part of a major video game franchise is priced very high, especially for the condition of most of the game cartridges and cases. The staff can be very rude when you ask questions on just about anything (not even prices, just for general help with items in cases). I have heard them speak poorly of customers after they have left the store too. This store could be pretty great, but it falls short on customer service, and despite their inventory any real collectors who know the value of items will probably not be too please with shopping here.

Idk what people are talking thks place does not carry video games. It carries puzzles, games, and toys, also the latest trends live Pop, Marvel Action Figures, Top games etc. No N64, PS4 video games no trades just good old fashion games you play with your family..

Kind of scalp you on trade ins, buy ultra low and sell ultra high. 60$ for an n64 game with no box/book and bad condition is outrageous
