I went to Toys"R"Us two days straight for a hatchimal... Monday 11/14 and Tuesday 11/15. I waited outside the doors before they opened for 45 minutes. NO ONE came or saying that they didnt have hatchimals or any other popular toys or electronics... So at 9am when the store opens on Monday Dennis unlocked the doors and he had a poker face on not even a smile. OR saying good morning how are you? And Tuesday Robin unlocked the doors same thing poker face didnt say good morning how are you or anything. I also heard that most of all other Toys"R"Uss come out and give out tickets for what you are waiting for but they didnt even come out at all.... Very upsetting and disappointing.... This place is NEVER clean and theres never anyone working. Theyve never had more than 1 aisle open for check out, most of the time you have to go to the service desk to purchase your items. We live right across the street so we go here all the time. Yesterday I walked up to the service desk and the employee was grilling me the entire time basically saying "How dare you make me do my job while I was gossiping." I would much rather drive 10 minutes to the babies r us only location in Nashua. The store is always clean and the employees are professional. Corporate needs to do a complete overhaul of this store because its just pathetic and management clearly doesnt care.

I cant believe how many toys are either missing parts or are poorly repackaged returns. Dirty, scratched and scuffed toys being sold as new. Had to tear apart the isle looking for a decent ride on car that was actually, honestly new and not something someone used then returned months later when their kid got sick of it. Nice, patient employees but I think their business practices are shady.

Popped in to buy an XMas gift. The CS staff seemed a little put upon when I first asked a question about removing an item from a locked security cabinet. And I had to convince her that what I was looking for was in the cabinet before she would open it. All went smoothly after that.

Perfectly good Toys R Us. Have not yet required help from an associate, but they seem to be available if needed at this location. Good selection. They have a few clothing items but not much. Better for shower gifts and toys for toddlers. Good bike section as well.

We bought a gift which was 19.99$. But when we went to pay the price, the staff was like its 30$ and as soon as we took her to show where it was written, they had already removed the tag price and adamant to accept it. Very rude and not helpful.

Exactly what you would expect from a toys are us. I had to return a purchase (nephew allread had it) employee was courtious and it took maby 1 min. Store is rather packed, so if your into wide asiles maby not the place for you.

Avoid this store if possible. I went in there for pickup and they cancelled part of my order without even notifying me about it. The person who got me the other half was rude , unapologetic and had a dont care attitude.
