I love this toys r us ! The manager that I have dealt with before is so nice and let me tell you I love lay a away soooo much better here than toys r us ... No hassle or crazy line. I go here every year and do my shopping in the end of October and get it paid off by December and its so convenient . Also Im a price matcher and the workers are always so patient as I try to find my ads lol

I went for their Black Friday sale, stood in line for 30 minutes only to find out the bike I was purchasing didnt list at the sale price until 5 AM. I was there at 3:15 AM. What the hell? They wouldnt honor the sale price, unless I came back at 5 AM. So, now they have LOST my business for the remainder of this holiday season, and perhaps longer. Wow is all I have to say.

This store is great! Friendly service and helpful associates. The layout of the store is very confusing. You will find yourself in one section looking at a specific brand of toys then travel the store and find more of that brand or style toy on the opposite side,very confusing!

Management is very unhelpful and condescending. They dont know their products better than the customers or employees under them, unacceptable! Hate to be there Xmas time! Hey salem toys r us, after being in the area forever u still cant get it!

The store doesnt have the cleanest appearance, but it has most of what you might want to buy for a small child. Check-out was slow, but the employees were friendly and kind. Nothing special here.

Lots of selection in toys... Only problem is when you go on a busy day theres only 2 registers open and takes a while to cash out.

The layout can make it feel crowded but the service is good
