If i can give below one i would have done so. I ordered a crib and a dresser to be delivered to the house. The shipping company called minutes prior to pulling in my driveway informing that they have a delivery for me. the driver wanted to drop my crib and dresser on the asphalt even though we paid around $300 for shipping and delivery since they are heavy. the driver rejected to put them inside the house so we rejected the delivery. my husband called toys r us and they assured us that they will credit our $1400 back into the account. yesterday we called to check on the status and toys r us informed they have nothing to do with this and thats our problem with the shipping company. the supervisor rejected to talk to us by all means. the guest relation was trying to help and the supervisor didnt even to talk to me and offered me a $20 coupon!! what a shame. I went in july to manchester store. the baby registry staff greeted us and they were extremely helpful. our family and friends started going there but each time someone wanted to buy something in the registry, the staff informed that its out of stock!!! it happened with every friend who went there to buy stuff for my baby!!! also, i ordered an ottoman and a nursery chair early july. called the store so many times and i stayed on hold for hours. no one was able to locate my order or even update on the status. even though they requested a full payment upfront. i dont know where is the management of that store!!!! we the pregnant woman need less stress. i cant believe how poor and unsatisfactory is your customer service and your service after sale. Shame on you !!!!! this is our hard earning money!!!

While visiting the NH store with my 2 grandchildren, and keeping them at arms length while loading up the 11 items on the counter, I mentioned to the cashier that I have 2 rewards, one of $20 and another of $5. I asked the cashier if I needed to pull these up on my phone/email or will it show if Im using my rewards/credit card of TRU. She said it will show on the CC. I left the store and am now returned home in Florida.I just now noticed that I keep receiving an email from TRU reminding me that my rewards will expire soon. This prompted me to look into the account and dbl chk that they were actually used. They were not. One will expire in 8 days. I contacted customer serv. to speak with a women who described to me that I will have to bring the items back to the store for the store to apply the credits. I mentioned how absolutely ridiculous this is, because I reside in Florida and was visiting up in NH. I would have to fly back up there, grab all the toys that the children are playing with, bring them back to the store in order to get the credit. REALLY!? The women stated she didnt expect me to have to fly back, but if I wanted to go shopping again, I could apply the $20 before it expires, REALLY!?! Then she mentioned, Or as a one time courtesy, they would extend the rewards once they expire. A one time courtesy!? I have 2 that will expire on different days! I have Never been so frustrated!

Absolutely the worst Babies R Us I have ever been to (having gone to stores in NY and MA in the past). I have gone to their store and have consistently been unable to find what I am looking for. One day, I was looking for something as simple as a car mirror to put in my backseat so I could see my baby. They didnt have any. I can never find anyone to help me. Their inventory always seems to be out of stock. I will not be shopping there again for anything baby related.

If you ever need to call them, FORGET IT!!!! NEVER ASNWER THE ******* PHONE ! ! ! or maybe they take it off the hook and whait 2 seconds if youre luky, them they hang it up in your face.... very frustrating. After that, I called corporation they made it through hun?!? interesting...... Called again and nothing. I guess they dont wanna do business nor customer care. FRUSTRATION ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

This has to be the absolute worst Babies/Toys R Us in New Hampshire. Their staff is extremely weak in customer service. I just called the store and a customer answered the phone and told me that no one was there to help me. If you can avoid going here I would highly recommend any of the other surrounding towns businesses.

The store itself is fine, doesnt look messy and they have a big selection. But I can never seem to find an available employee when I need one. Also the checkout line is never really that long when I go, but somehow I manage to wait in line for 5+ minutes most times I visit this store.

I have gone there atleast 5 times in the last year and everytime they are sold out of the advertised items. As soon as the sale is over they suddenly have stock again. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM TO GET YOU IN. SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME, GAS, AND MONEY.

Usually a bit of a wait at the register, but service desk is usually quick to take the next customer. Slightly more expensive for some baby products, but their selection is better and offer more brands compared to other big box stores.

The place is easy to get to and you can get just about everything your looking for there. My only issue is the aisles are not wide enough so its hard to go where other people are.

I love this place. Theyre a big overpriced but theyre one of the very few stores that will price match Amazon. I never have a problem with not having a cashier. Great store!

They never have anything that is on sale in stock. What stock they do have is so limited that the boxes are beat up and not worth giving as a gift.
