Let me preface this by saying my kids had a wonderful time here. It is an incredibly well-designed play space that is fun, clean and stocked with a wide assortment of toys and inspired, creative play areas. My one complaint is with regards to their "no shoes/socks-only" policy. I LOVE this policy; shoes contain a lot of contaminants and germs, so I am totally onboard anytime a play space has this rule. When we arrived, I was unaware of this policy so did not have any socks. Luckily they have some you can purchase. However, I pointed out to the girl at the desk that out of the other approximately 10 parents and kids already there, only two had socks on. She nicely reinforced that this is their policy and that she would talk with the other people about removing their shoes and donning socks. However, for the two hours that we were there, only about half the people that came in after us had socks. The others were either barefoot or had shoes (the majority). I felt like some people got preferential treatment in this area and this is frustrating. I wouldve much preferred not to have had to buy two pairs of socks that I didnt need for $8 (they graciously let my baby go barefoot and I had to don surgical booties to avoid buying a pair for myself) and instead wear our shoes as others were allowed to do. This policy is really only useful if everyone is required to wear socks or, at the very least, remove their shoes. And this includes staff members who were ALL wearing their shoes in the play area (one male staff member who I believe was facilitating one of the classes had removed them by the very end). Either make everyone remove their shoes or dont make anyone do it. We will be going back because my kids enjoyed it so much, at which point I hope this policy is better executed so people arent forced to spend money unnecessarily.

I am writing this review for a friend. She went today and had a horrible time thanks to a worker who said she was the director Julia. Her son was playing and the worker came over and yelled at her because her 1 year old son "made a mess with the toys" for $15 for 3 hours her kid should be allowed to play as much as he wants for those 3 hours without being chastised. She wasnt even there for an hour and the lady was basically pushing her out by telling her son its time to clean up then looked at her and the other mom and said "Its up to mom now to clean this mess up." He was sorting the fruits and vegetables by size and color hardly a mess. Only redeeming quality is the cashiers and Owner. The place is very nice but Julia left a sour taste in this moms mouth.

I took my son here and we had a great time. Im surprised by the other review that the kid was being told to clean up, my experience was quit the opposite. My son played in the grocery store the majority time we were in the play center and I saw employees cleaning up while we were there but never saw them asking the kids or parents to do so. It seemed like they went through like clock work, just putting the toys back where they belonged so the next kid could enjoy it, never once taking toys from us or where we were playing. I look forward to going back

My 15 month old cant have enough of this place! She loves playing with the cool toys that are really new as well as hopping on the trampoline in the gym area. The place is kept really clean and the store normally has activities engaging children (like drawing, character appearances, etc). The cafe stand next to the play area is also an added bonus for moms who just need that caffeine boost! The employees are all so nice and caring too!

Much more to than other kids play places with similar price. My kids love the place very much and we signed for membership so they can come back more often. Other than the gym which is a common feature for kids play places, this place have multiple themes like supermarket, dinner, studio, vets office for kids to play different pretending games. Also large table train track and different table top assembly games.

Great store and play space. I wasnt sure if the play space was too young for my 6 year old twins. But after playing in all the different activity areas for about three to four hours on a rainy Sunday, we were hooked. Clean and organized, super friendly and helpful staff. The Vet area, gym, grocery store and lego area were a big hit!!! Well worth the price of admission. We will be back!

This place was horrible!! Prices were unbelievably, they didnt let me return and if your not 9 under or a adult they hate you. Im 11 and they treated me worse than little kids. I tried to recommend something and they said "why are you in my store!". Some old lady said that. Apparently the owner. I defiantly do not recommend you to. If your rich you should go. I hated it.

Great place. Our little one finds a million ways to entertain herself, and afterwards is happy and exhausted. Totally recommend their monthly plan. Update: March 2017 - recently, particularly during bad or cold weather, this place has become super crowded on weekend afternoons. I strong recommend chosing a different time for your visit.

Awesome play area!!! My 7-year-old daughter had a blast in the play area and I couldnt get her to leave. The staff are super nice and helpful. What a great space for kids to explore, play make-believe, create, and have a blast. Great concept! And the toy store rocks. Super organized and an overall pleasure to shop in.

$15 for a 1 year old and $5 for an adult for kids to play!! Absolutely ridiculous!! And it said nothing on website or fb about the price!!! I dragged 3 screaming kids from the store and all employees were glaring at me like I was the worst mom ever!!! Do not go here unless you are rich and a snob!!!!

Worst place ever I came in the other day with my children. I was so excited for them to enjoy the place but I hated it. The place was a mess and the workers that were supposed to be cleaning it up were standing behind the counter giggling around and constantly on their phone.

We went for a birthday party tonight and my daughter had a blast! Everything was well coordinated, the staff were very friendly and interactive with the kids, and the play areas were surprising clean.

There arent a whole lot of toy stores like this around anymore. Yes its expensive, but its clean, selection is unbeatable.
