I will NEVER use babies r us again ! I have always had problems there and my last trip has finally pushed me overboard... i purchase something off a registry for me to pick up at the store when i get to the store they say they dont have my info so i have to pay for it AGAIN !!!! Than call and cancel the other one ... i also brought wrapping paper for $3.99 just to get wrapping paper that cant even cover A BOX .. NOT A BIG OVERLYSIZED BOX... a standard box !! This place is a rip off !

I bought a nerf sword from the Nerf section and am severely disappointed in it, and I blame Toys "R" Us for this occurrence. They sold me a terrible item. Its their fault, and they should pay me back for it. But I get to keep the nerf sword because I kinda like it now. Also I dont like that I can never find the gormiti section. Leave the gormiti out in the open, please. GO GORMITI!!!!!!!!!

This store is horrible. I would go to any other Toys R Us on the island if you can. They are the only store that does not answer the phone. They do not call when items are not in stock and have to be delivered to store. Very bad costumer service.

Bay Shore staff is generally helpful and usually friendly. The store could be stocked better but I guess what is popular is popular everywhere. They run their special events (e.g., LEGO builds) better than some of the other LI locations.

They were horrible,they had terrible service and did not help me at all I had to scream at the top of my lungs to get someone to help.And when someone came and tried to help me they were on there phone texting the whole entire time.

I went to return a toy and the woman that was working there spent literally 10min chatting with some customers about food and restaurants.. im never going back there.. smh..like i have 3 small kids. Time os precious to us mothers.

My son and I are here every weekend. We love it. My son quotes"They have all the toys I want." I agree with him. Great place to get what ever toy your looking for at the best price.

I have literally been trying to call this store for 3 days. No one ever answers the main phone line. I dont understand how a business does not answer their phone.

Medium size Toys"R"Us. A portion of the store is dedicated to Babies"R"Us. Customer Service is good and the store is generally clean.
