Its unfortunate that this store is being managed so inappropriately. Just waited 30min on line to cash out on the customer service line the only line open. Meanwhile im watching an employee walking back and forth deliberately trying to avoid the register. Once I get to the register I ask the employee is there anyone else that can help you? Thats when someone finally comes up from the back opens a register and proceeds to take a customer at random not from the existing long line at customer service thats been waiting for 30+ minutes. Ok really. Call the manager please and oh yes the gentleman walking back and forth, Carlos, is the manager. Save yourself the grief and time, order online thru amazon, or Wal-Mart. Easier purchase, quick delivery and returns. Its reasons like this ppl prefer the non-hassle of online shopping. Customer service is just awful. Really a horrible experience.

i know that these are toys for kids but the technology now for the kids are for the future for building better IQs for the kids future with fun technology you can bond with your kids or friend with these toys its in the middle off adult and kids fun depending on the toy felt like a big kid again . "fun" keeps your mind going . go and get a gift for your family game night with the family .

There were no registers open at 12:30pm. Waited in line for a manager to come open a lane and she wasnt friendly at all. As we were paying she sat there on her phone texting. What kind of example are you trying to set as a manager. She should be fired for even showing her phone in front of a customer.

you should be ashamed of yourselves regarding the women who returned her items because of a miscarriage. forget being "trained" on how to handle this situation - how about common decency? there is no training for that. shame on you!

The place is great dont get me wrong. But it is unorganized and some of the board games in my opinion are not best things to have in a kids store they a ouji board. But still its a great store and my kids love it.

Seems Toys R Us-es are getting more cramped the last few years, and this ones no exception. Still, the day before Christmas, the store was reasonably stocked and the staff quite helpful.
