I bought my first road bike (GIANT TCR Advanced 2) here a few weeks ago and love it! The owner and staff at The Bicycle Center are true professionals that take the time to understand your needs, level of cycling experience, and budget to help you select the perfect bike. I was also "fitted" using their state of the art system that gets the most efficient riding experience targeting the critical body contact points: saddle, handlebars, brake levers and hoods, stem, shoes, cleats, and pedals. If you are considering getting into the field of cycling for triathlons, racing, or pleasure make sure you stop by The Bicycle Center first. Its the complete opposite of a big box store, and for that reason, Ill be returning many times!

This is the only place to go for your biking needs. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In my time shopping here I have never once felt an ounce of pressure to buy something. Their only goal is to sell you the right stuff. The inventory is large, especially for the size of the store, and if they dont have it in stock theres a 99% chance that they can bend over backwards to get it, like theyve done for me on so many occasions. The prices are great too.

Awesome local shop for bike sales and service! Ive been buying bikes for my family and servicing my 36 year old touring bike there for the last several years. I recently upgraded, with Seans teams expert advice, to a new Cannondale road bike and couldnt be happier. Two weeks after I got the bike I easily completed a 116 mile ride that would never have happened on the old bike.

I did not use them much until this year. I brought the bike in with a broken derailer. They put a new one on in 3 days and fixed another problem. The middle ring was bent and that contributed to the broken derailer. So now the bike shifts better than in the last 2 years! BTW they always ride the bike after tunning it. I noticed 2 more miles on my computer!

Excellent customer service and followup. I would strongly recommend going here for your cycle needs. i took my bike for a tuneup. I was greeted politely and was explained my options. I also purchased a bike helmet. I explained I was just starting to ride again and they sold me the perfect economically priced helmet, and mad sure it fit me properly.

The Friends @ The Bicycle Center were able to locate the hard to find threaded nut to restore my rear wheel to functionality on my old 21 speed in a heartbeat. A very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff were on hand to give me particulars when I decide on my next purchase.
