I remember this store as always being super friendly. Recently moved back and that is definitely not the case anymore, employees just stroll right past you without a care in the world. I heard that they no longer have a secret shopper program, I guess that would explain the shift to a who cares attitude. Maybe they should have continued to be held accountable for their service and kept on their toes.

The employees are very friendly.I had to replace my grandmothers light bulbs,if you ever have to replace L. E. D. bulbs just go to Safeway they no their L.E D. T. Y

Safeway Windsor was my store for more 12 years. But the last few years this store continues to go downhill. I rarely shop there anymore and it is a shame.
